Honestly i have never resorted to…

Honestly i have never resorted to leaving negative reviews before but its actually unbelievable how bad tbis situation is. Made a purchase 5/6 weeks ago and havent received anything or haven't received any correspondence to any tickets i sent looking for ir an update. This large purchase i made was for Santa gifts and now no gifts it money refunded.

Missing items! Poor customer service

Ordered on the 5th December. Delivery arrived 10th December. Not bad. Ordered 7 funko pops. 6 in a box that would not fit a 7th. Email states all 7 have been dispatched. Immediately email funko. Received a reply 10 days later on the 20th December wanting photos of all packaging, time stamped etc. Its almost Christmas, of course I have not still got all the packaging. And my child is without her funko pop for Christmas. Very poor customer service. Will not be ordering again!

Took money but never delivered item

Such a disappointing experience, thought a company as big as Funko would be trustworthy but seems not to be the case. Placed an order which arrived 2 weeks ago and an item was missing. Have emailed them several times since then to ask for a refund and am being completely ignored. Seems from other reviews that I’m not the only one. Taking money and not delivering items, stealing from customers. Wish I’d read the reviews earlier - avoid at all costs!

Seems I'm not alone in my experience! Ordered a Funko POP and a Funko Me 4th of December, well within their stated ordering time for Xmas delivery. Well, no suprise to anyone it seems, but I've had a shipping notification for the standard POP - for after Christmas - and zero movement on the Funko Me. Several emails have been sent, no replies, contacted via FB, no reply, no direct email available, and no telephone number, either. Clearly nothing is going to arrive for Xmas, and the custom one likely won't arrive at all. PLEASE do no spend your money with this joke of a company. They're a big brand (especially as a Disney partner brand with Loungefly etc) so I stupidly assumed they were legit. They're clearly not.

Missing part / ignoring emails

Ordered a pop yourself figurine paying an additional £4 to add a cat… arrived without the cat. Emailed them and initial response was prompt asking me to send photos of all angles which I did. This was early December…. I have not heard anything since. I have emailed several times, no response. This was a Christmas present I thought I’d ordered way in advance but appears I won’t get it before Christmas. No option to call or text, just a fill in issue and email solution which they don’t answer. AVOID

Don't bother Popping yourself!

Ordered 2 funko pops with protective cases. Only one arrived and the case was broken. Wish I had read the reviews before, but didn't think it would be necessary, as it's such a renowned company. I am so disappointed as these were supposed to be Christmas presents. I have emailed and have had no response and chatted with the extremely annoying chat bot. Finally asked to speak to a representative, to be told there aren't any available. Extremely unprofessional!

Avoid this company

Ordered two personalised pops in the 23rd of November 2025 and it’s not arrived. No reply’s from Funko and read loads of people haven’t received their order. Disgusting and very frustrating as they are Xmas presents

Professional Scam

No service, for such a brand you don’t expect to wait 4+ weeks and still no sign of order. No response from customer service over the order. All you get is a bot. To date I still have no response from customer service still.

Terrible customer service with no response

Placed an order which was missing an item in which I was charged for. Sent several emails regarding the missing item with no response whatsoever.

Avoid at all costs

This company deserves no stars. Honestly the worst online experience with a company I have had. Missing items. Non-existent customer service. I ordered on 17th November and I’m going to have one super disappointed niece on Christmas morning as I still don’t have my order and am just being blanked by customer services. Disgusting service. Never order from this company.

Dismal delivery and service

Dismal. Ordered week before their Christmas cut off date. Check the tracking and one item is going to arrive post Christmas and no update at all one other two. Try to get hold of customer service but no agents available on chat. No phone number and the AI chat cheerfully told me it would put the case through and I get an email from them telling me they’ll get back to me in a week - so after Christmas then. Awful customer service set up in general - would never buy from them again and will be requesting money back as I need to get another present anyway.

If I could give it zero stars I would

If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered a personalised item, it arrived quickly was pleased with the item but the display box I paid additional for was covered in scratches. I contacted them and a week later I received a reply, requesting 360 photos ofv the damage including the packaging. They agreed to send a replacement, over 3 weeks later no sign and its Christmas in less than a week. Ive contacted them numerous times to be sent bot replies. There products are expensive they should be giving excellent customer service. Very disappointing

Take pics of everything if missing a pop

I have a missing pop, when filling in the online contact form I took and uploaded pictures, which did not store on my phone. They have now got back to me 9 days later, wanting time stamped photos, 360 pic of the box and label, pic of all the pops, and inside packaging! I'd already done pics of the box and pops, but now the ones I have are wrapped and under the tree, absolute joke. Ordered 7, 6 arrive snug in the box side by side. Think I'm going to stop ordering them online

Dont have what I paid for. Funko NO help

13/11 - Order arrives incomplete, I contact customer service with photos to let them know.

14/11 - Customer service responds that when my obviously already received order arrives, that I can let them know if anything is missing. I ask them to reread and attach the photos again.

20/11 - Customer service member Kudzai claims that he has reviewed the case and the stock levels, he will be sending me a replacement, and I also get a confirmation email.

26/11 - I get an "order delayed" email with a 15% discount code, which is odd because I've already stated I will never be ordering with them again.. if anyone wants it 4W73-6SAR-B5KX-HDVW

11/12 - I email asking for an update as its nearly been a month and I received a confirmation but no tracking

18/12 - Customer service member Tom is sorry to hear my order has arrived incomplete and to please provide photos of the items AND the original shipping box including labels and packaging. It has been a month of you messing me about do you really think I still have that? Do you really think I'm going to do that song and dance again? Don't think so.

Chargeback process has already been started. Disgusting company, glad youre going bankrupt, hope you all lose your jobs

Nice gimmick really poor quality

Ordered a pop yourself for my son. The processing and delivery are very slow and not many updates received. The item came today and the packaging was faded and had been opened. The funko was at an angle you couldn’t see the face, it was not stood up and the personalised name was printed at an angle in faint ink, clearly they needed to change the cartridge! Really disappointed with the product, they are a good idea but poorly and cheaply made with appalling quality! Don’t get sucked in buying them they really aren’t worth it!

I give them a year before Funko is dead

As someone who has placed over 100 orders I can say when there’s no sale on every so often they can occasionally meet a delivery you’d expect. However there are practices here which are embarrassing for a pretty mainstream company.

Firstly “mystery items” no age restrictions despite it being akin to gambling for kids, it’s so incredibly rigged and lazy that it should be investigated, with thousands of items, you’d expect a duplicate to be rare but ohh no, what’s worse is you can tell it’s hand picked, it’s stock they need to shift and have amassed to many of, in one order of 6 I had 3 of 1, If you did the odds of that, it’s so dodgy, yes they put it as a warning but it should barely happen, it’s happened 3 times. What’s even more alarming is that these mystery items clearly aren’t from all stock, on 3 instances I’ve ordered mystery items (minimum 5 each time) and they’ve not sent it, you reach out to the worst customer service going, they say they’re out of stock… out of stock of stock? It’s all very dodgy and amateur. They always use copy and pasted apologies but never ever do right by you, they’ll just refund and recently they refunded a reduced amount and kept the gift card amount as they couldn’t refund that…. Illegal?

Then if theres a sale, hit and hope when you’ll get it, even if you pay for expedited delivery..3 days, this company don’t include dispatch time, so even if it’s 3 days after you waited a month, that’s ok to them.. it really is that useless. The delivery is through Amazon but without an order coming your way it can take ages, I’ve ordered stuff on Amazon just because I knew I’d then get my funko order, it’s infuriating.

Then there’s customer service, not even bothered with AI, they all use fake names, you can’t speak to anyone urgently, then it takes sometimes weeks, god forbid you need to reply, that again takes weeks, they won’t work with you on a solution for say resending lost stock they’ll just refund you randomly. I’d put them as near the worst I’ve ever used.

Now in December 2025 for about 3-4 months they’ve had this warning that they’re even slower dispatching and even impossibly slower dealing with customer service.. if they even bother.

No wonder there’s word Funko are struggling, it’s no surprise at all. Awful set up.

Ordered two pop yourself figures on 21/11/25 for Christmas presents. My tracking has stated ‘on the way’ since 1st December. Doesn’t look likely I will be getting them. Tried multiple times to contact customer services, all that happens is they create tickets and you get no response.

Never buy from this company !

If I could leave this company No stars I would! I spent over £100 on my order and only received half my order. I have e waited weeks for a response and now they are asking for date stamped photos of the original box it was sent in and packaging and the items recieved. I have explained that they have been wrapped for Xmas and given to relatives already that I wont see over the Xmas period. Response on the email was very rude and said like I sated in my last email we need the photos of the items received. Don't understand why they need the photos as they can see what I ordered with my order reference. Absolutely disgusting customer service and quick enough to take your money and not send the items! You would think that for a big brand they would treat their customers better! Never again going to buy from this company or another funko pop from anywhere again!

Don’t buy direct from them

Don’t buy direct from them, I have bought many Funko pops over the years but because I wanted one of the personalised ones I had to go direct, decided to buy another generic one at the same time, parcel delivered but without the generic one I had ordered, reached out to their customer service to get a replacement or refund, absolutely no reply, fortunately got the money back from my bank but we should not have to put up with customer service like this. The one they didn’t send suddenly doubled in price so I assume they just didn’t want to sell at the sale price. Won’t be buying direct from them again.
