Inappropriate tracks for 6 years old party and inefficient service
We booked for a 6 year old kids party and provided details of kids ages as requested. But the tree paths were way too difficult for kids this age and there was hardly anyone helping out. There should have been more support given, especially since the party was planned in advance.
The service for food was also very slow to organise afterwards, even if, also for this, everything was preordered and paid in advance.
The toilets are inconveniently placed far away from the tree tracks.

Staff was friendly
Staff was friendly, professional and very passionate about the park. The park was clean, safety was put as the most important thing and climbing was a fun adventure full of adrenaline! Great work out for young and old!
A party experience
Hi, I start saying that the children had fun and they left happy, and for many, a great first adventure climbing.
The company could make use of training the personal to be more aware, in general, and to be able to solve not discussing, to think with the client, and take quick decisions without stressing.
Your business description could be described (to avoid false expectations) as a service, rather than an experience.
Train tour employees to give a service will also be appreciated.
To train employees to work with children will be very handy.
To suggest the employees to talk about private life and work conditions during their break and not in presence of a group will be charming.
To restrict the amount of kids in a party to a number your employees can manage with calm, and fun will be also useful.
The amount of employees walking around, chitchatting and looking around is impressive, enough to put them to work giving a service, a great suggestion is that they climb with a group in a party where they’re only two parents for a large group of kids. Meaning that the kids can go for more challenging levels with the parents and your employees.
Your red helmet employees need training on managing a kid hanging and crying, to ask such a kid shouting from the floor why he went there if he was afraid, didn’t help at all. Just to mentioned one of the many situations I observed from the height. With a red stripe I would like to address the employee that shout to me from the floor, annoyed that there were so many kids together and alone. As one of the 4 remarks she shout to me.
The one sentence you can use from all my experience is: train your employees to improve the quality of your business.
Thanks
Good fun but I'd avoid weekends
Good fun but I'd avoid weekends. Took my sons and husband 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete one track on Sunday. Too many unsupervised children on the more difficult course. Still good fun but more supervision of the blue/white helmet ratio required.

We will back to fun forest for sure
We will back to fun forest for sure, it is a save and funny well organized place.
Great experience
Great experience, my two kids challenged themselves and won. Super fun and can help build strong mindsets in kids, overcoming fears and challenges… highly recommend 👍🏼
A lovely time had by all from the 6 year olds to the 18! Super nice thing to do with families with kids across the ages.
Super nice thing to do with kids of all ages.
A great couple of hours with children…
A great couple of hours with children aged 11 and 9. The staff were friendly and very safety conscious. This is a great alternative to candyfloss and trinket filled theme parks. Just trees. ropes, zip wires and lots of climbing high above the ground. It would be great if there was a low level route for disabled people, too. Wide wooden paths for wheelchair users!
Fun for all ages
We had lots of fun.
Many time slots were open, so it was easy to reserve time slots.
The staff that runs the Fun Forest are super-mega sweet and thorough in their explanations and training. They even offered to speak to us in English when most of the group spoke Dutch. They are all very welcoming. I recommend this for people of all ages.
It was really fun
It was really fun. Great amount of difficulty levels and variety of paths. Some elements were ripped and need attention from the staff, like the green net and ropes.
Super nice climbing, bad food though
Super nice climbing, also for a group of kids.
The feestarrangement (patat en hotdogs) I though would NOT recommend. Poor quality, terrible taste and kids had to wait forever.
Therefore one star deduction.
A kids party could also be with nice food!! Get creative! 🍀
Excellent time!
We did this as a family adventure during our visit to Amsterdam. We had a fabulous time. Was quite challenging for all age groups. Kids would have happily come back the next day to do it all again.
Highly recommend
Kids Birthday Party
I booked a party for 9 kids. It was a very expensive outing and I expected the event to run smoothly but it was just one big mess. Almere is under staffed. We had a child stuck on a trail for more than 40 minutes without any help. It was a very hot day and we had to wait until after the climbing to get the juice, and it certainly wasn't unlimited. Your Events needs better management and your staff need to be more customer facing. You have an amazing concept but run very poorly. I certainly will not return to your venue after my bad experience.

We will definitely come again and will recommend it to friends too.
Thanks for being there
