Joseph had all of the available information from the client and submitted it to us allowing the underwriter to make a speedy decision and release funds to his client.

I haven't used Funding Bay, and this is the point. I have received 2/3 emails from their staff talking about the "CBILS loan as we discussed last year?".

Thing is we haven't as I haven't applied for any CBILS loan for any business I own or am involved with.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time and told them not to contact me. Then the did it again at least once and possibly another.

So for me, I don't work with people that do this sort of underhand marketing and as such its a NO from me and hopefully reviews like this will make them adopt a more ethical stance!
