Extremely disappointed with my experience at FunderPro.

I purchased multiple accounts through this company and spent a significant amount of money with them. I traded consistently and followed the rules to the best of my ability. However, once I became profitable and was approaching payout time, my funded account was suddenly terminated.

They claimed I violated a news trading rule and referenced a profit of only around $150 during the event, but what concerns me most is that the account was effectively closed immediately after the warning. I did not continue trading afterward, yet they still terminated the account without giving me a real opportunity to correct the issue moving forward.

What made this even worse was being accused of activity that “didn’t look like one person trading alone,” despite the fact that I am the only person who has ever used my account. I requested proof and clarification regarding this allegation.

The entire situation left me feeling like profitable traders are treated differently once payouts become involved. I understand rules exist, but transparency and fair handling matter too.

If you decide to trade with this firm, make sure you fully understand how strict and broad their enforcement policies are, because accounts can apparently be terminated very quickly even after a first issue.

They are fraud, they rejected my payout (i followed all rules). They even send me the mail with some other name. Completely fraud company, plz dont get trap. Baseless and hidden rules during payout. i would give -100 to them.

This is firm is the definition of a mirage. They have great customer service and engagement in discord and emails, but they will literally find any and every reason to not process a payout. One of the biggest flawed reasons being “IP address account sharing”. I have seen numerous people make this complaint, and I myself am also a victim of being accused of this. I say stay away, ignore the rare good reviews you may see and focus on the bad ones as I can testify to this myself after now experiencing. This firm won’t be around long

FunderPro is scam.. And lost it's credibility..when 2nd payout request they flagged my account for account sharing stating that i share my account with other traders.. Which is not true..
I requested review and in review they say said the same thing..
I traded my account with same ip when i got my 1st payout approved then what suddenly changed in 2nd time...
Funderpro you need serious risk tool update..
I'm so disappointed for lossing account for reason i did not commit..
I won't be trading with funderpro anymore such bad experience..
We do so much hard work to pass account and when i comes to payout you flagged account with such vile accusations..

FunderPro has completely dropped off the face of the Earth. 2024 was decent but this was the last straw. They are completely just scamming now. Finding any fake reason to not pay people out. “ Following a compliance review of your account 1779064 and your trading activity, our analysis identified unauthorized IP Address usage associated with your account” like you can’t be serious. These dudes are seriously ridiculous, just look at their social media. This PROPFIRM claimed to let you trade with real funds but that hasn’t been the case for a minute. Going from a live TradeLocker account which mean you were funded to a demo TradeLocker account for funded. I can’t wait to go through this contract and expose you guys.

I have given them a second chance because at first I clearly missed the 20% rule breached. But then again they did again without sending proof and taking my profit. I have sent them screenshot of my trade during trade that clearly i did not exceed but it seems like they don't see and fixed on their decision even with appeals i kept getting different people sending me formula how to calculate where clearly I am sending them proof of my actual trade.

Complete scam ! Do not use this company

I'm trading for few years with prop firms so I know what kind of problems you can face
That firm is a pretty good but they should change some policy

like by other prop firms you should read carefully read rules conditions
many hidden stuff

I would strongly advise people to be cautious before buying any accounts from this firm or trusting their giveaways.

I was announced as a winner in a live giveaway, received a 50K challenge account, and later saw it marked as “Failed” without any login or trading activity. Support first acknowledged this as abnormal, then blamed a system error where multiple accounts were created and only the first user was allowed to keep it.

Despite this being their system issue, they refused to restore or replace the account and closed the case.

From my experience, these giveaways appear to function more as marketing tools than genuine rewards, since even confirmed winners may not receive what was promised.

I would recommend thinking twice before relying on their promotions or services.

​I am extremely disappointed with FunderPro. I used a promo code and received a "Successful Checkout" confirmation. However, they are now refusing to provide the credentials, claiming the code was already used by someone else. This is a classic "bait and switch" tactic. If a code is used, the system should reject it immediately, not confirm the order as successful. Their support (Timothy) admitted the checkout appeared successful but refused to honor it. This is unprofessional and misleading for any trader. Ticket #23031737. Avoid this firm!

Before you invest with FunderPro please consider: They have positioned themselves outside of United States jurisdiction for a couple of reasons: It means they aren't subject to US regulations and, for the most part, beyond the reach of US courts.
Their stated business model is to reward you for trading well because it makes them money as well.
Their actual model is to wait until your trades make a substantial profit, then cancel your account.
They cancelled me but were unable to tell me which of my trades violated the rules. I asked repeatedly and they refused to answer.
It is that simple. They are crooks. And it appears from the chatter on Discord and other sources that this is their approach. Rather than build a reputable business they are grabbing as much cash as they can through outright theft. It's short-sighted but they're running it that way as long as they can.
Please check the review sites and social sites before you give FunderPro any money. They need to be prosecuted.

I want to start by saying that my overall experience with FunderPro up until my second payout request was genuinely positive. The platform was smooth, the reward processing speed was impressive, and I was ready to recommend FunderPro to every trader I know.

Unfortunately, after requesting my second payout, my account was permanently terminated and I got banned citing a KYC country of residence discrepancy under Clause 3.3. Despite sending a detailed email to risk team with specific questions — including requesting the exact evidence of the discrepancy and I have received only copy-paste template response with none of my questions answered. Account ID: 22242770.

A few important facts:

FunderPro already processed my first payout with the exact same KYC documents and country information on file — nothing changed between the two requests

My KYC was fully approved and I was permitted to trade — the issue was only raised at my second payout request, not during registration, KYC approval, or my first payout

I genuinely believe this may be an error, as I have seen at least one similar case on Trustpilot where FunderPro acknowledged their mistake and fully reinstated the account and payout. I am hoping for the same fair review here.

I am not here to damage FunderPro's reputation. I am sharing this publicly to seek a transparent resolution. If this situation is resolved fairly, I will gladly update this review to reflect my full experience.

scammers!!! guys please take care of this company they have have shut down my 3 funded account after i started withdrawing consistently with out no breach .i was even there affiliate but they did not even replay to my messages. A complete scam the company should or will shut down soon. don't be exited about the discounts there giving every time that's because people who realized they were scammers then left so they were running out of money even to pay there employs not alone you!

The reason given was “asymmetrical profitability.” From my understanding, this basically means making consistent profits. If that is the case, it raises a serious concern — are traders being penalized simply for being consistently profitable?
I still hope the company chooses to handle this professionally and resolve my payout.

Make any excuse to not make payouts. Stated multiple people using account. I asked for proof and provided proof of my own. No response, Avoid!

I’m honestly concerned reading all these comments. I’ve lost about $12,000 of my hard-earned money on challenges before finally passing the $200k challenge a few days ago. My immediate goal is to recover some of those losses so I can pay back my credit card and personal funds.
I’m hoping to have a smooth experience with FunderPro. I should also mention that I have received a payout before on a previous funded account, although it was a small amount. So I truly hope many of these negative reviews are either isolated situations or possibly exaggerated by competitors.
That said, if any unfair or wrongful action is taken against my account, I will take it very seriously and pursue every legal option available to me in the United States where I am based. I have invested too much time, effort, and money into these challenges to accept being treated unfairly.
