Breach of guidelines
Payout Rejected Based on Rule Not in Signed Contract
On July 30th, my payout request with FundedX was rejected and my account was breached for allegedly violating Point 4 of my contract.
The contract I signed states: “Opening and closing trades in a very short time frame (less than 15 seconds).”
My trading records show that all trades were held far longer than 15 seconds.
The firm later claimed this rule also covers “re-entering trades” within 15 seconds — wording that does not appear in the contract I signed. Official Discord screenshots show this expanded interpretation was communicated after my trades took place.
I have contacted the firm multiple times with evidence and formal dispute emails, but they have not responded.
This review is based on documented facts, and all evidence is available upon request.

I am an older trader
I am an older trader, been around a while. Got a few payouts with them, no issues at first. But on my third, they claimed I broke a rule way back in Phase 2, after already funding the account and approving the payout. Then they denied the money. Still sent me a certificate and welcome email. That's just wrong. Wasted my time. I expected better. Now I know better.
I don't have time for stress, that's why I'm locked in on FIFTH &. heaven. They've always been straight with me. When I asked for my money, they didn't delay or make excuses.

9k payout denied!
9k payout denied!! They do everything to manipulate their rules!
I got breached and denied my 9k payout for a Tick Scalping rule opening and closing a position in less than 15second! My average trade hold time is 2hrs and non of my trades were less than 15sec!
Their excuse is that I re-entered the trade after 15seconds. Non of the rules states that a position could not be RE-ENTERED AFTER 15 seconds!!
I wouldn't even write this review if THEIR RISK DEPARMENT WOULDN'T IGNORE ME AND REPLIED TO MY EMAILS!!!!
No profesionalism from their side!
And dont fall for their Replies in this comments telling others that there were breach of rules. If I would breach any of the rules I would be quite but I will not tolerate some scammy account closures!
Waste of money and time in a prop firm that cant handle a couple of a grand in a payout!!

Unclear rules and unprofessional practices
This firm breached traders account for rules that are not clear on the contract. Many traders got breached due to a the "opening and closing within 15s in quick succession rule". A lot of traders held their trades for hours and their accounts got breached because most of them re-entered 1 trade within 15s after closing the previous one. That was classified as tick scalping to the risk team. What a Joke...... The risk team and the discord customer representative are not here to help but to ignore people who was appealing and ofc remove them from discord

Deceptive business
Deceptive contract.
I passed the account and read the contract - I was permitted to risk only 1% of the account.
I ended up losing more than 1% in a trade due to slippage but i understood that, I requested a payout and was GRANTED it. A moderator in their discord clarified to me that there was a 0.25% buffer for those who risked less than <1% for their trades, so since I was approved my payout - i was given that 0.25% buffer - Next account was given.
I received a second account, I was clarified that this one was subjected to the initial contract given to me so I assumed that I was given a 0.25% buffer. I reach my second payout with the firm but apparently it was breached.
I asked why and it turns out I exceeded the 1% Risk. I was confused as it was still within the 0.25% buffer but nope - since I requested more money, they rejected it.
I loved the firm but they genuinely lack clarity and genuineness. Dont bother with the firm - they're not worth the hassle. Very deceptive.

FundedX Is a Straight-Up Scam
FundedX is nothing but a scam prop firm pretending to be legit. I passed their challenge fair and square and was owed a $3,500 USD payout. Instead, they accused me of breaking their “15-second scalping” rule.
I immediately sent them cold hard proof showing my trades were held for over 25 minutes — clearly within their rules. So what did they do? They changed the excuse to “you closed trades too close together.” That’s not a rule listed anywhere in their terms. They just made it up on the spot.
Despite all of this, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and even bought another $100K account. That shows how loyal I was — I assumed this was just a minor misunderstanding that would get sorted. But instead of fixing it, they ghosted me and never responded to my follow-up.
They are clearly not interested in paying out real traders. They just find any excuse to deny payouts. It’s shady, unprofessional, and flat-out theft.
I’ve got all the receipts, screenshots, and emails to back this up. If you’re thinking of joining FundedX — don’t. You’ll do everything right, and they’ll still screw you over.
If anyone from Fundedx is reading this, you can still give me my payout and make this right and I will delete this review. Before you come back and publicly say I “broke one of your rules” like you have to everyone else that’s left you a bad review we both know that’s not true and will be posting the screenshots to reddit as proof that you guys are an unfair business.

STAY AWAY FROM FUNDEDX!
STAY AWAY FROM FUNDEDX!
After passing phase 1 and phase 2 of their 200k evaluation. I was reviewed and approved a 200k funded account.
- Firstly, they said I couldn’t risk more than 0.5-0.7% of the account.
- Secondly, SL must be set within 1 minute of placing a trade.
- Thirdly, if your trade hits SL within 15 seconds, you have breached the account.
After managing to avoid the above ridiculous traps and secured a $4300 profit on the funded account, when it was time for the payout, they said I traded news during the phase 1 of the evaluation so they are unable to approve my payout and breached my account.
Overall, a terrible experience and I’m not just saying this to be malicious but to call other potential traders attention to this so you can avoid the headache and disappointment of not receiving your payout. You are better off paying more and trading with reputable firms.
If you want breach someone for trading the news during phase 1, then breach them before you issue them phase 2 or even the funded account. You don’t want till the person requests a payout and then you tell them you will not pay them because they traded news in phase 1. That is not only a deliberate act of not wanting to pay people, but also a fraudulent business practice.

1 star is generous
1 star is generous. Absolutely appalling company. Terrible rules.
NOTE: if you don’t set a SL within 60 seconds you BREACH your account. They are not lenient. Absolute scam of a rule and company. Do not recommend investing in this trash. They only replied to my email once I said I would write a bad review. Then they replied. But I’m writing one anyway. They do not want to help you out. They are here to purely thrive off scam rules and unsuccessful traders. There’s nothing in place to help you succeed. Alpha capital group (ACG) do it better.

Scammers
Looking through the reviews it seems as if this company is dishonest and will do whatever they can to avoid giving you a payout, clearly just a money grab even tried asking live chat a question and never got a response. Clearly just a money grab glad I read the reviews on both profiles before purchasing and couldnt be more clear how dodgy they are.

Unbelievable
Unbelievable. They already have 2 trustpilot profiles because the other one's rating is worse so they dont display it on their website.
Else,
You will be removed on Discord if you state a fact. Emails does not get replied. Rules are implemented after you have bought and passed challenges so that it makes it more difficult to trade and eventually lose all your hard work and account. Some rules are even implemented without you knowing of it..

Lack of Transparency with Payouts – Disappointing Experience
I managed a 400K funded account with Funded X and submitted multiple payout requests. My first request was rejected due to “excessive risk.” However, I provided clear proof that my trades followed the original 1% risk rules (e.g., around $1,900 per trade on a 200K account).
On May 21st, I received a second 200K account, and the risk rule changed to 0.5% per account. From that point forward, I strictly followed this limit, risking no more than $900 per trade. Despite this, my second payout attempt was rejected again – this time with the claim that I traded during news events. I was able to prove this was not the case, using timestamps and trade records.
Unfortunately, I received no response or clarification after submitting my evidence. The support team stopped replying, even though I remained respectful and provided everything requested.
Conclusion: It feels like excuses are being used to avoid paying out. There is a serious lack of transparency and communication. I would advise caution to anyone considering working with Funded X.

A friend invited me to FundedX.
A friend invited me to FundedX.
I never even got as far as buying an account surely these guys are a joke.
Despite quite a long portfolio/options trading career I have never had a prop account...meh
Why not I said.
"You must go to the Discord, otherwise you will miss all the constant rule changes" my friend said.
Felt that was a bit immature for a financial company using socials....but heyho, I'll give it a try.
This environment seems to be where you are faced with the ''Discord moderators'' who seem to be the most immature egotistical narcissist 'fools' ever. Like chavs with keyboards.
When you start asking questions, technical or probing questions all they have the intelligence to do is just hit BAN...i saw it happen. In the end I ask one too many questions.
"Really bro just put the fries in the bag"
Sorry I'm a professional trader for a living and I would never recommend this company.
Surviving on socials and fresh meat, and don't care about the unhappy ppl.
Don't be meat for the grinder.
Shame, I believe the founder AJ is a good trader but true to the industry as I now understand it, is totally sold out.
Icarus paradox.

Predatory behavior from FundedX
Extremely unfair practices, initially received couple payouts fine, went for 3rd payout on another funded account, after payout request, was told I broke a rule on phase 2 so payout is denied and account breached. This is not acceptable, this account should not have been granted to begin with and I wouldn't have to waste time and effort getting to payout and waiting the 14 days required for request. Unacceptable behavior. Furthermore, they still sent me the certificate and email that says they approve my payout and a new funded account. Absolutely Unprofessional, I had high hopes for this firm but I am left very dissapointed.

changing rules
they denied my payout for a rule that happened on my stage 2, they changed the rules and now get back to that moment, dont trust what they say benieth here they cant pay their traders like they did before. bare in mind i had already 2 payouts with that account. now they get back to something i did on my phase 2. bare in mind also that i traded index and not forex whilst there was “greek elections whole day” also when i asked about it in a NORMAL way they ban me from the discord

very misleading
very misleading , i done over 10 funded accounts with no issue but suddenly they add an update of having a stop loss in atleast 1 minute when it clearly didnt and hadn't had this advertised nor was advertised on my previous 9 other accounts and just decide to breach people. Im probably thinking because the crypto market start moving and started costing them so they had to find a way to breech accounts even if they have to make up new breach rules that even on you phase account .
