I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with FundedNext.
The company flagged one of my accounts due to an IP address detected in Denmark on September 9, 2026. I explained that I was physically in Denmark at the time and that I am the sole person operating my accounts. I also provided supporting travel documentation as requested.
However, there is another concerning issue: the account involved in this investigation is an account I have already lost. The payouts currently pending are from completely different active accounts.
Despite this, FundedNext has indicated that my case requires a review by its Risk Management and Trading Ethics departments, without clearly explaining whether the investigation will affect payouts from my other accounts.
Furthermore, I have been informed that I am not eligible for the $1,000 Brand Promise, even though the issue concerns a different account from the ones for which I am requesting payouts.
I understand that companies need compliance procedures and account security checks. However, customers should receive clear explanations, transparent decisions and consistent treatment.

I am not satisfied with this, because you advertise a 6% drawdown limit on your prop firm account, but when the drawdown reaches 5%, the account gets breached and fails. This is misleading and unfair. I would like you to explain why this happens when your advertised limit is 6%.

Unfair evaluation of rules/ethics
My challenge account got terminated for rules I didn't break due to the ethics department incorrectly evaluating the situation and penalizing me for a matter that was already settled a few weeks prior.
