I request you to fix the problem of my dashboard, it is stuck at the same place since last 18 hours
This is the main reason for the 2 star of review otherwise everything is ok but previous some few days had a problem day by day please fix everything do fast

Changement against the traders

After new server sift commission and swap is so high because all instruments ( not in gold only) like crypto and indices lot power deceased 1/5 times so we have to buy/sell 5 times extra lots so we have to pay 5 times extra commission (per lot 6$ than 5 times will be 30$ because of lot power size is deceased and same in crypto also per lot 12 than 5 times will be 60$) which is completely wrong for traders. Now I think they are going slowly slowly against the traders by changing slowly slowly rules.

Not satisfied with the rules..

Not satisfied with the rules... Rules are completely tricky 😕. I am not going to purchase the account. The chat support is not giving me the proper answer. I.e. I have asked him any rules of time period to putting the STop Loss , chat support said no any rules whereas as in your FAQ it's mentioned within 3 min. I am not satisfied. Pls train your chat support executive pls. You can check my chat history.

To clarify:

The Stop Loss within 3 minutes rule applies only to Funded Accounts.

There is no such requirement during the Challenge phase.

We understand how rule differences between phases can sometimes feel confusing, and we truly regret if this was not fully clear during your interaction.
