Customer service is quick and clear at first I misunderstood some rules and my account reactivation request was denied. That was on me. After I understood the rules properly and traded with consistency, I got my first payout without a problem in the second account. It also made me a better trader, so in a way I’m glad it happened.

These rules are industry-standard risk management measures designed to ensure consistency and fairness for all traders.
The daily trailing drawdown is applied to equity (account balance + open trades), which is transparently explained in our documentation. This is not a “scam rule,” but rather a clearly defined part of our challenge model that helps us identify traders who can manage both risk and open trade exposure responsibly.
Almost every prop firm has this same rule — but they hide it from traders. We don’t hide anything from traders. Our approach is to keep everything fully transparent so you know exactly what you’re signing up for.
We want our traders to book profits when they are gaining, not let good trades reverse into losses or stop-loss hits. Because of this approach, many traders are passing accounts and receiving payouts successfully.
