I shared my info 3 times by email. You confirmed 3 times that you will issue a refund. As of today, I do not see any refund. I am not going to share my info via trust pilot. You already have my info and you already lied 3 times. I am just wondering what Dubai's authorities think about your business practices. Because they have a good reputation out there. Anyway, if I don't see a refund in a week, I will try to reach out to them.

I started my challenge with high hopes with them. Unfortunately,they canceled my challenge due to technical issues etc. I gave them benefit of doubt and waited. Finally, I've learnt that they no longer accepting US customers. It's been months now, I reach out to them by email, discord etc... they told me many times that they will issue a refund but they never did it. Since I live in the US, they do not care our satisfaction or rights since they no longer serve to US customers. This is so sad! I am losing my trust to entire forex prop firms.

Now, the funder engineer rezolve to me the both account.

Best customer service, prosper helped me out as i couldn't log in for so long but hehelped me back in the account and also helped me with my account that lapsed in time due to my inability to log in. They were super kind to help me activate my account. This kind of kindness is what makes business's like this thrive.

The support team at Funded Engineer has been extremely helpful and fast-acting. Fixing the problem I had in less than a day and ensuring I have a good and fair trading experience. A+ all around. Highly recommend.

They handled really big major issues that has happened recently with a lot of dedication, teamwork, patience, & hard work. Great customer support.. I have watched the horror they are facing when people are bombarding them with lots of negative sentiments.. But still, they persevered, & not abandoning their customers/supporters when some other firms has totally left. I am really impressed by that.

Hopefully they will continued to strive in maintaining that reliability & trust to their supporters.. That is the only reasons I am still staying as one of their supporters, & I didn't even asked for a refund when those problems happened early on..

Funded engineer is great !!!! They have various challenge and at the same time they will had some game for the community !!! I like how they runs it as a community.

USA customer here, original review was 1 star because they said they would refund my money but had taken a long time to do so.. They have refunded one of my accounts, and informed me that the "double billing" was my bank's fault for the other account charge. I have edited this review to reflect their genuine help and assistance through Discord and they have officially refunded my money. I wish they could have done something for USA traders, which is why this is 4 star and not 5, but as far as the ethical refund - they have performed fairly. Thank you and I hope Funded Engineer will eventually bring back USA and have success.

Hello! I had been bought the account. And after that METAQUOTES Company recall the licence, FundedEngineers in short term return trading account to its clients. SO, the best company!
And when I dont trade for a month, they reactivate me the account. It was Lorie from support team.
My favorite company!!

After allot of promisses. To send the money back they wait so long. That u breach an rule of time limits.

Dont buy anything from them. Its one big clown company out for scamming people

Had some accounts that I hadn't traded on and that were breached for inactivity. I contacted support and they were reinstated within 5 minutes. Excellent service. Never had any dramas with Funded Engineer, the team are transparent in everything they do.

S.Fardin For the last week brilliant customer service, Answered all my questions, I saw some bad reviews about what platforms they use to trade so I asked him a quick reply with link to MT5. Top tier customer service im hoping there platform is as good as there customer service. 👌🏻👍🏻
