I am writing this to you as real experience
This propfirm is really a scam and they don't payout avoid any propfirm that run 50% discount and the payout proof they show is fake please stay way I am warning u
I want to share my personal experience with Earnex Prime because it has raised a lot of red flags for me. What started as a promising platform quickly turned into a stressful situation. I’ve had multiple issues with my withdrawal requests, which have either been delayed for unreasonable amounts of time or left completely unanswered. Every time I contacted support, I was met with vague responses and no real explanation for why my payout wasn’t being processed.
What made things worse is that whenever I asked for evidence or documentation to support their reasons for holding my funds, they provided absolutely nothing—no screenshots, no detailed reports, not even a clear statement. The lack of transparency has been shocking and has made it impossible for me to trust their service.
My concerns aren’t based only on my own experience. A close friend of mine also had a terrible issue with Earnex Prime. He tried to withdraw his $1,600 payout, and despite following all the required steps, he never received his money. Just like in my case, the support team gave him excuses without offering any real proof or evidence to back up their claims. Watching him go through the same situation only confirmed that something is very wrong with how this platform handles customer funds.
At this point, I personally feel that Earnex Prime is not a reliable or trustworthy platform. The combination of withheld payouts, zero transparency, and vague explanations has completely destroyed my confidence in their service. I strongly recommend that anyone considering them should proceed with extreme caution and do thorough research before depositing any money.
’m writing this review to share my frustration with Earnex Plime after experiencing serious issues with their payout system. When I first joined the platform, I expected a smooth and trustworthy process, but that has not been the case. The payout delays have been extremely discouraging, and the lack of transparency has made the situation even more stressful.
Despite completing all the required steps, I still have not received my payout. Each time I try to follow up, I get vague responses that don’t actually explain the problem or provide a real solution. A financial platform should give clear information about transactions, but instead, everything feels uncertain and unclear.
What concerns me even more is what happened to a close friend of mine. He requested a payout of $1,600, and instead of processing it, Earnex Plime denied it without giving a proper explanation. He verified his account, submitted all required documents, and followed every guideline they provided. Still, the payout was rejected, and support has not helped him understand why. This kind of treatment makes it very hard to trust the platform with any amount of money.
Customer support has also been a major disappointment. Responses feel copy-and-paste, and there is no real effort to resolve issues or investigate what’s going on with payouts. Waiting days for a reply only to receive a generic message is extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with financial matters.
Overall, my experience with Earnex Plime has been far from positive. Payout problems, lack of clear communication, and the way they handled my friend’s $1,600 denial make it hard for me to recommend this platform to anyone. I truly hope they improve their transparency and support, but until then, I would advise others to be very cautious.
I am sharing my personal experience with Earnex Prime so that others can be careful before investing their money.
After using this platform, I noticed several serious red flags that made me completely lose trust in their operations:
1. Lack of Transparency – Important information about withdrawals, fees, and account verification was unclear or constantly changing. This is a major warning sign for any financial platform.
2. Unprofessional or Unresponsive Support – When I attempted to ask questions or resolve issues, customer support either delayed for long periods or failed to provide clear answers.
3. Withdrawal Difficulties – One of the biggest concerns I experienced was how difficult it became to withdraw my funds. This behavior raises questions about the company’s reliability. Not only me but also my friend experienced that issue after requesting his payout of $1600 they claimed that he bleached there rules they gave him Trade ID that even dont correspond to that issue.
4. Promises That Look Unrealistic – Some of the claims and “guaranteed returns” presented by the platform did not match normal, legitimate financial standards.
Because of these issues, I personally believe that Earnex Prime is not a trustworthy platform, and I strongly advise anyone considering it to be very careful and do deep research before investing.
This review is based entirely on my own experience and the evidence I encountered while using their services.
I’m posting this as a heads-up for everyone because my buddy just got burned bad by Earnex. He put in a withdrawal request for around $1600, and instead of paying him, they hit him with some nonsense accusation that he “altered a trade in a restricted news window.”
He sent them full proof: mt5 statements, detailed reports, journal logs, the works. Everything lined up perfectly and clearly showed the trade was legit and happened way outside any news restriction. But they didn’t care. The risk department wouldn’t even point out which trade supposedly broke the rules; they just kept saying the logs “don’t match” with zero evidence. No screenshots, no specifics, nothing. Just a lazy email claiming he changed some words in a trade and boom; withdrawal denied, money gone.
This isn’t a legit broker; it’s a straight-up scam operation that looks for any excuse to keep your profits. Save yourself the headache and avoid Earnex completely.
I am writing this based on my friends experience with Earnex after he submitted payout request he was informed that he allegedly modified a trade within restricted news window which they classify it as breach however after reviewing carefully his mt5 details and full journal logs the trade id they mentioned didn't match and in his journal they was no way to find that he traded news even the risk team didn't show evidence they just wrote email saying you just modified a trade with words only and rejected his $1600 Payout this firm is really scamming people out here please avoid this firm at all cost
Avoid this propfirm they are scammers they find a reason to breach the traders and take away their money please everything they show to you is fake please avoid them
This propfirm is scam they don’t payout and they create fake payout certificate and they buy reviews if you read the positive reviews aren’t from genuine people please guys stay away

Earnex is a scam company.
I took a trade on 12 Nov and forgot to put SL. After 2 minutes, the trade auto-closed in $36 profit, and I received a soft breach email.
I applied for payout on 26 Nov. Since I used the Diwali code, I should receive 90% profit split, but they only gave 80%.
I did NOT ask for payout again — I only asked them one simple question: “Why didn’t I receive 90%?”
And right after I asked that, they immediately Hard Breached my account.
The SL number they mentioned in the reason is not even in my trade history.
I provided full proof (video + screenshots), yet there was no reply for 6 days, and they didn’t give any proof from their side. They breached my account without showing anything.
According to their own rules, if someone takes high risk, an instant account should be breached immediately.
If that’s true, then why didn’t they breach my account on 13 Nov? If they had breached it on 13 Nov, I wouldn’t have to struggle so much for my own money.
They breached it only after I questioned the missing 10%.
Worst team. Total scam. Do NOT trust this company.
Dear Support Team,
I am writing this as a formal complaint regarding my recent experience with your funded account services. I am extremely disappointed with how my accounts were handled and how the situation has been managed by your team.
Below, I am explaining everything step by step so there is no confusion.
1. Account Details
I purchased and was actively trading on two accounts with your company:
One $5,000 two-step account
One $10,000 instant funded account
Both accounts were running and in use at the time of the issue.
On the instant account, I had already made around $116 in profit, which I was expecting to receive according to your payout rules.
2. Trade Details and Sudden Breach
I opened a trade of 0.15 lot on XAU/USD (Gold) as a buy position.
Within around 10 seconds, the system suddenly showed a $300 loss, and my account was marked as breached.
This happened extremely fast and in a way that did not match the normal price movement I was observing at that time.
As a result of this sudden move, both of my accounts were breached, including:
The $5,000 two-step account
The $10,000 instant account
I was also told earlier/my understanding was that my equity should not go below $4,500, and whatever loss happens in the open trade would be covered. However, despite this, the account was still breached.
3. Explanation Given by Your Team (CMS Glitch / Liquidity Issue)
After I raised the issue, I was informed that this happened due to a “CMS glitch” and liquidity issues on your side.
If this is true, then this is clearly an internal technical issue on your platform/liquidity provider side and not my fault as a trader.
At no point was I properly informed in advance that there were such serious liquidity problems or that price spikes could cause such abnormal losses in seconds.
As a client, I believe it is your responsibility to:
Inform traders in advance about any liquidity/technical issues
Protect clients from platform-side glitches
Take responsibility when your system error causes the breach
4. Lack of Responsibility and Refusal to Reactivate
Even after acknowledging that there was a CMS glitch (your side issue), I was told that you are not willing to reactivate my accounts.
There seems to be no intention from your side to:
Restore the breached accounts
Compensate me
Or return my $116 profit that I had already made on the instant account
This feels extremely unfair and unprofessional, because:
The breach was triggered by your system behavior and not by reckless trading from my side
I followed normal trading rules and still got punished for a technical problem that you admitted
5. Customer Support Experience
I have been in contact with your customer care for more than 2 hours.
During this entire time:
I did not receive any clear or consistent explanation
I did not receive any solid solution or resolution
Responses felt like they were avoiding responsibility instead of helping
As a paying client, this kind of support is unacceptable.
I am now extremely frustrated, stressed, and disappointed with the overall service.
6. Evidence and Screenshots
I have dashboard screenshots,
Chat history with your support team, and
Details showing:
My entry on XAU/USD (0.15 lot)
The sudden $300 loss in 10 seconds
The breach notice
My existing $116 profit before the issue
I am prepared to share this information publicly if needed so that other traders understand my experience.
7. My Expectations / Requested Resolution
I am requesting the following:
A clear and transparent investigation into what exactly happened on the trade and why the account was breached so suddenly.
Reactivation of my breached accounts, or
If reactivation is not possible, a fair compensation that reflects:
The value of the accounts I purchased
The $116 profit I had already earned
The fact that the breach was caused by what you called a CMS glitch/liquidity issue
A written explanation taking responsibility for the platform-side issue, if confirmed by your technical team.
8. Final Note
Based on my experience so far:
I currently cannot recommend other traders to buy accounts from your company.
Until this issue is resolved fairly, I will feel that I have been treated unjustly as a client.
I sincerely hope you will take this complaint seriously, respond professionally, and handle this matter with honesty and fairness.
Please treat this as urgent and provide a proper solution, not just generic replies.
Kind regards,
barot parth mukeshbhai

I’m writing this so another trader doesn’t walk into the same trap I did.
What happened to me wasn’t an accident. It wasn’t a misunderstanding. It was a payout denial built on something that physically cannot happen under their own rules.
The firm accused me of violating their stop loss rule.
So I went back to the rule itself — line by line.
Their rule says this:
Trades that remain open without a stop-loss after 120 seconds result in a soft breach.
My flagged trades? 0.01 lot minimum trading day trades.
All lasted 1–3 seconds
In which I apparently accumulated 3 soft breaches which equal a hard breach.
Let that sink in.
There is no universe where a 3-second trade can violate a rule that only activates after 120 seconds.
There is no “after” when the trade is already closed.
There is no soft breach when the window for a breach never even opened.
And here’s what makes it darker:
I’ve been paid by this firm before using the exact same quick open quick close trades with no stop loss to fulfill a minimum trading days
No issues.
No violations.
No questions asked.
Now suddenly — right when the payout is requested. BOOM hard breach.
That’s not an accident.
That’s not enforcement.
That’s manipulation.
Traders listen carefully
You won’t feel anything wrong at the start.
You’ll pass the challenge, get funded,
Everything feels legit — until the moment you actually make a payout.
That’s when the rules shift.
That’s when things stop making sense.
That’s when harmless 3 second trades become “hard breaches.”
And that’s when your payout disappears.
The rules didn’t change.
The interpretation did.
And that’s the darkest truth about this firm:
You won’t know you’re in danger until you’re profitable.
They don’t monitor you to protect the account.
They monitor you to protect themselves.
When the payout is small, you’re safe.
When the payout is big, you’re inspected.
And if they need a reason — any reason — they’ll take something that’s technically impossible and make it your downfall.
This review isn’t written out of anger. It’s written out of clarity.
Because it’s one thing to lose money due to bad trading.
It’s another to lose it because the firm rewrote the meaning of its own rule the moment you were owed money.
I wish someone had told me. I’m telling you now.
EDIT : Your reply just repeats the rule I already quoted — and ironically, it exposes the issue even more clearly.
Your own policy states a soft breach only occurs when a trade is still open after 120 seconds with no SL.
The trades you flagged lasted 1–3 seconds.
By pasting the very rule I referenced, you’ve basically confirmed the contradiction yourself. A 3-second trade cannot violate a 120-second requirement — it’s physically impossible.
Restating the rule doesn’t defend your decision; it highlights exactly how wrongly it was applied.
Also take note people, this is how GUILTY THEY ARE. i requested another payout with similar trade history. The payout was rejected, no notification, no response to any of my emails or anything haha.
This firm is going down and im here to see it fall.

I want to talk about 3 Best experiences with Earnex.
1) Support, I traded in 5-6 Props but Earnex Support is fantastic & easy accessible, especially in Live Chat & Discord
2) Account Prices, Rules & Promos. Tbh I have never seen such low prices & big size accounts in other props. Simple rules & N number of Promos.
3) Trading Experience, Less Spreads, Easily Tradable during high Volume hours with less chances of Slippage & Simple rules made it easy to achieve the target.
Thank you
