Easy to schedule test, up front with all costs and quick thorough results!

Function made my lab draws a breeze--easy set up. Labs populated rather quickly. I also found the feedback--dietary considerations and supplement recommendations--rather helpful.

I've been using the function health bloodwork bio markers for a few years now and have gotten others to use it as well. I'm happy the price has been lowered...I think even more people will be encouraged to use this.

Everything about this experience was wonderful. The lab tech was great and painless. Very professional. I was very pleased with that. But the absolute best part was the clinician's explanation about what all the test results meant. It was in simplified English so I could understand everything. I would recommend this to anybody.

My experience with Function Health has been nothing but positive. The app makes it easy to schedule lab visits. It is high touch, meaning you’ll receive reminders of the upcoming appointment and what you need to do to prepare. A couple times my lab had issues and the appointment needed to be rescheduled. Function stepped right in and helped me get rescheduled. Their follow-up is phenomenal. Aside from the ease of the app, once you receive your results, the information is laid out so clearly and the clinician’s notes are comprehensive and very easy to understand. I love the recommended foods and supplements. And when you do your 6-month follow-up lab tests, it’s very cool to compare, see improvements and areas still needing improvement. Having all this information in one place is great. Highly recommend!

Easy process with comprehensive results and explanations

Overall, an informative experience. I think it’s pretty good value for the price, the feedback is thorough once the lab results come back. One observation- the number of vials of blood drawn is too much for some of us smaller people to do in one visit. I had to break up my annual into 3 blood draws, for a total of 16 vials of blood. It took several email and AI chats to organize the situation - which could have been resolved with one phone call, but not once was I offered that option nor is there a number anywhere for us to get a hold of a person. Please improve this process for future users, it was rather cumbersome and frustrating.

the price is good for the amount of tests you get done. Very comprehensive and detailed. The blood test took under 10 minutes

The ease of collecting my sample and the quick response of results.

I really like the testing and the info supplied subsequently. What I cannot tolerate is the fact that many tunes in explanation they used noncurrent meds from my history to make suggestions. I have been discussing this with the concierge. I finally removed all history from my records but how is that helpful overall?
Update: I received a reply. There are no more references to my past meds. I’m glad I signed up. Enjoy the app too.

Getting all that information was invaluable. I’m so grateful this was an option. Seeing a naturopath or functional doc isn’t an option for everyone to get these labs done and western medicine providers could/would NEVER. This is the most amazing starting place.

I appreciate the data provided after the appointments to collect the samples. The biggest problem I have with this organization is that the customer service is absolutely abysmal!! Three attempts to get a blood draw (with the right tubes) for the GRAIL cancer test failed to occur. From what I can tell, the lab (Quest) and Function are not on the same sheet. Quest thinks the customer brings the tubes and Function thinks Quest has the tubes. The ‘customer’ ends up in the middle with no viable solution to a fairly simple issue. Three trips of wasted time and effort for nothing. I’m not trying again!

I appreciate function health for giving me the tools to be proactive about my health journey without having to go through the traditional medical system. It is easy and convenient to use and the detailed information on real up to date medical advice without the concern of who is profiting from a test, procedure or prescription. Great value for the money!
