As a Physiotherapist..

As a Physiotherapist, I can say that FP is changing the game. Some of the content and way of thinking seemed jarring at first, but once I got past my own biases I was able to take on the information and apply it much better from more more objective standpoint. I've gone from chronic pain in my neck and shoulder as well as a major nerve injury affecting my neck and arm to moving pain-free and better than I would have ever thought possible. I owe so much to this system. It's something you can use for life. I strongly think everyone should learn the foundations of the FP system.

Moving better in my 30s than my 20s

If it wasn’t for FP I would probably be in a wheelchair. I was seeing Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and massage therapists trying to figure out what was going on. I have a degree in Exercise Science and I thought I had learned all the right info when it came to working out, being healthy, and staying in shape, but just the 10wk course had more applicable knowledge in it than my whole bachelors degree. I hate that I waited so long to start cuz now, 3 years all in on FP, I’m moving better than I ever have. I’m doing things better in my 30s than I ever did in my 20s. I can’t recommend starting your FP journey enough. It’s given me so much more freedom to live and move around in life and the knowledge I’ve learned will be carried with me forever. I used to play basketball with some friends and would have crazy piriformis syndrome 10 minutes in. I would wrestling or box and be on the floor with sciatica in 5 minutes. Now, I can play basketball or go to a Muay Thai class on a whim and come out feeling REALLY good since FP taught me how to use my body correctly. Blows my mind every day.

Before doing Functional Patterns I had hip and knee issues with severe pain.

At 48, I was busted.
My mental health was suffering, my physical health was poor.
I had severe shoulder and knee pain with limited mobility.My weekly pain management routine was a cycle of Pilates, rehab, Physiotherapy, remedial massage and PRP injections into my knee.
Now, pain free, mobile, no physio, PRP or remedial massage for 3 years, just Functional Patterns.
I’m lighter , more mobile, flexible and stronger than I have been in years.
Bang for buck!
Life changing!

The only system that follows evolution

The only system that follows evolution! Functional Patterns helped me get out of pain caused by traditional lifting. I had two herniated discs, shoulder and knee pain. FP taught me how to address the pain and fix it. Thank you Naudi for putting in the many hours it took to create this company. FP is truly a methodology for for ALL humans. Feeling better than ever

In 2018 I started functional patterns to improve my posture and movement after years of injuries, sport, weights and CrossFit had my body feeling stiff and sore. Beginning with the ‘Power of Posture’ book and the 10 week online course and progressing from there it has been an incredible experience of learning, solving, testing and applying various concepts and techniques. It truly has been life changing and I can’t imagine training any other way. I now feel stronger and move better at 35 years old than I did at 25! The results FP achieves are legit. Would highly recommend!

Paradigm Shift

Functional Patterns (FP) offers a different way of training the body. While some ideas may be familiar from other methods, the way FP puts them into practice sets it apart and produces results that other approaches can’t match.

I started FP training five years ago after spending over 15 years in a high-impact sport. A serious ankle injury left me in constant pain, and I was struggling with depression and using substances to cope. It’s taken time and effort, but now I’m pain-free, sprinting faster than ever and cautiously approaching my old sport. The physical improvements are significant, but the changes in my mental and emotional well-being are even more important. I’m more balanced, resilient, and no longer need substances to manage my mood.

FP is a systems-based approach that helps improve physical abilities in almost any activity. It works by addressing weaknesses in the body’s structure while simultaneously building mobility, strength, coordination and power. Whether you want to maintain your fitness for the long term or reach peak performance in a competitive sport, FP can help. It’s a new approach that may take time to become widely recognized, but it is already setting a new standard.

Functional Patterns is an industry disruptor and there’s often resistance to new ideas, so I recommend trying the 10-week course for yourself and working with a Human Biomechanics Specialist (HBS) in person to experience what FP can do for you.

One of the best fitness systems out…

One of the best fitness systems out there period. Whether you're young or old you will find benefit. The results speak for themselves, the community is driven to change people's lives for the better and really take the reins on their health.
Everyone should try fucntional patterns, you will not regret. It's been 6 years of FP for me and it truly has changed my life for the better.

Excellent, complete system

Put simply, once you've worked with a practitioner directly and seen the sorts of connections you can make within an throughout your body, you just aren't even interested in other more limited training methodologies. It really is a complete package, helping you to overcome injury, get stronger, and learn more about your body and health. Can't recommend it enough.

This has been life changing

This has been life changing. Functional Patterns has given me a new lease on life. I used to be riddled with pain from sports injuries over the years. I now have a very low daily pain level that only seems to improve the deeper I go with FP. This is a must-do for all walks of life.

FP got me to finally understand my body

Being injured doing deadlift in 2017 my condition snowballed in me trying every stretch and rehab routine I could find useful. Even started break dancing, being recommended by a movement guru, popular at the time. I would get short term pain relief, but till next day everything was back in full force, if not worse.
Moving in my 30s at the time I couldn't do more than a 15mins walks in the park without resting. I would have daily digestive problems and anxiety was through the roof. Leading to excessive use of coffeine and alcohol to get me by.
Diving into FP was the best decision I've made so far. Doing the online course, understanding the concept, the paradigms of my body and the protocols of FP it all start to unravel. I started to heal. And it's not gonna stop any time soon. I get deeper in my understanding, trying to solve both phisical and mental models stuck with me for my lifetime. Truly a second life to live.

The new standard in fitness

I have been doing Functional Patterns for 10 years
The amount of pain I was constant in from a lifetime of the no pain no gain attitude in sports was taking me down a scary path of immobility anxiety and alcohol consumption

I have gotten myself out of pain and completely changed my aging trajectory

This is the most complete training methodology I have ever experienced

Best fitness protocols in the Industry

FP has helped me overcome nerve pain in my arm and other various aches and pains throughout my entire body. I feel more coordinated, athletic, and healthier than I ever have. The programs followed by courses and training with a practitioner has been the best investment I have made in my health. I came from a background in weight lifting, yoga, and massage where I felt like I was progressively becoming more injury prone and FP has completely turned that around.

Life Changing Results

Before starting FP I had many different injuries (low back surgery, torn adductor, partially torn Achilles tendon and more) due to traditional weight lifting training in combination with competing in college tennis.
FP gave me the tools to solve the issues that years of poor training caused and to work on fixing my dysfunctions. I’m now pain free and I’m excited to keep learning and improving for the years to come.
I definitely recommend everyone to start FP and experience the life changing results that this method can provide. The 10 week online course offers a great way to start as minimal equipment is needed, can be done from home and simple to follow.
Thank you Naudi and the FP team for everything you do.

Not another repackaged “Functional” workout program

The bottom line is if you do the work, Funtional Patterns will change your life. Get the courses, find a practitioner and start building a body that will still be working when you’re 90. Funtional Patterns is 100 years ahead of the game, it’s not just another “functional” movement system - it’s a path out of pain into REAL strenth and movement optimization. If you have a body- this course is for you!!

I was dealing with severe pain in the…

I was dealing with severe pain in the knee and had piriformis syndrome as well. The pain in the knee was due to meniscus partial tear, ACL partial tear and an edema in the knee cap!
Went to many doctors and physics but nothing helped! I finally found FP and Naudi Aguilar and slowly the pain was gone!!
So, if someone wants to be relieved out of his/her pain, FP is the ONLY way for permanently results!! FP teaches you how to move on a correct way according to what we do the most in our daily life and it has implementations in everything you can think of!!
I can't recommend FP enough!!!

Great Company

Great Company and great trainers. I herniated 3 discs L3, L4 and L5 and while I did go for spinal surgery originally 10 years before finding FP after herniating the L5 disc I found myself faced with the decision of going back and getting further surgery due to the L5 disc previously operated on coming out again and further discs being effected along with spinal stenosis. I was struggling with constant pain for over a year as I really didn't want surgery again (plus it would of cost €25k). The pain was so bad I burnt my back so badly with heat (as that pain subsided the back pain) I was told my skin wouldn't heal. Fortunately it did and I'm pain free now with no surgical intervention. While you do have to give up activities (I had no choice as I could barely walk) the rewards out weight the downside. At the end of the day if your goal is health and being able to be active in old age then do FP you won't regret it.

FP saved me my life!!

The method and program saved my life and my family’s life. Living in constant pain and on multiple medications for pain, anxiety, metabolic disease and various other conditions became a thing of the past. The first principles approach to getting healthy and staying healthy is nothing short of genius. I could not recommend this program and community enough!

Functional Patterns has gotten me out…

Functional Patterns has gotten me out of pain and able to play the sports I enjoy while helping me understand my body in ways I never would have otherwise. It’s the only system I’ve seen that consistently showcases actual results with clients instead of just citing research but not actually showcasing any proof of concept. I’ve seen how the company interacts with people online and the people complaining about a bad attitude on social media almost always begin conversations in hostile ways because they don’t like the message being pushed. Don’t listen to bad reviews from people who’ve never employed the system, FP has been the most effective exercise system I’ve ever done after working in the fitness industry for 15 years as well as being a professional athlete.
