Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I ordered with plenty of time and the delivery was messed up, they wouldn’t rush an order out to me same day to make up for it so I am without floats for my wedding.

Return policy a joke
Return policy a joke. they won't provide a label and give you all sorts of silly rules like marking the boxes a specific way and providing them with a tracking number or they won't refund. They tell you they will deduct the return transport charges but have you do it directly anyway so there is nothing to deduct. Fishy practice and they have themselves covered in their email initially telling you to patch the product with the patch kit they provided. I am disabled and cannot lift the 3 heavy boxes. I wouldn't chance their product in future with any of our hotels and guest houses after this experience. The items were ordered in error and shipping cartons not even opened.
