I had a problem with my Junior Quad
I had a problem with my Junior Quad, l sent a video to Jigs at Fun Bikes he diagnosed the fault and advised me on the fault and part to replace. I did this now the Quad is starting ok and running fine. The Technical support that Jigs provided was excellent, thank you, Fun Bikes customer service is outstanding.

I bought Two MXR 8000w electric…
I bought Two MXR 8000w electric mortorcross bikes, one 17/14 wheel for my 10 year old daughter and mine is a little bigger 19/16. We asked at the Tracks if Electric bikes are welcome and they said yes if MXR. We absolutely loved going on the Track and jumps, she didn't want to leave. Next we'll try a Trail route together as these electric bikes go really fast, especially on speed level 3.
Really happy with the helpful service by funbikes, answering my random beginer questions, and was really easy to order already built to my door, arriving on a pallet, good to ride off straight away on arrival.

Bad service
When I gave my bike in for repairs, some of the screws were missing I had pay extra to fit these on myself. Just to top that all off they had my bike in their workshop for almost 2 years stating back order on parts. Will never be using this company again.

To clarify, the bike was booked in with us for a non-warranty repair and was not with us for two years. That said, we fully appreciate the repair took longer than expected, and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused.
We did provide updates where possible regarding parts availability. Unfortunately, due to limited stock, there were occasions where a required part became unavailable again before the customer contacted us to make payment.

Great aftercare
We bought an electric quad bike a few years ago from Fun Bikes and were happy with it. Got to the stage where we had neglected it a bit, so it wouldn’t start. So recently we have asked Fun bikes for advice on new batteries which they were very helpful with. We purchased but it still didn’t work. My review is just to say that we had to message back and forth a few times for advice and FunBikes are so quick to respond every time and really helpful with tips (even ones that don’t involve buying something!). You can trust the aftercare - and the bike now works again and my younger son is loving it!

Avoid at All Costs – £1,200 Lost and Shocking Customer Service
bought a bike for £1,200 and had problems with it within the first week. FunBikes repeatedly promised callbacks and said an engineer would contact me, but they rarely followed through or called when they said they would.
I returned the bike for inspection, and they later claimed it had water damage, which was surprising as the bike was always stored in a garage. The whole process was dragged out beyond the 30-day period, and when the bike was eventually returned, I was told it would cost £650 for repairs plus another £199 for postage.
Overall, I’ve lost £1,200 and been left extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the handling of the situation. Even the courier mentioned that they regularly hear of issues involving this company. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before buying from FunBikes.

After the issues were initially reported, our technical team spent considerable time attempting to troubleshoot the bike remotely and arranged further assessment when this did not resolve the matter. The vehicle was then returned to our workshop for a full inspection.
Following assessment by our technicians and mechanics, evidence of significant water ingress was identified affecting key electrical components. Based on the findings from this inspection, the issue was not determined to be a manufacturing fault and therefore fell outside the terms of the warranty. A full technical report and supporting information were provided at the time to explain the outcome and the available options moving forward.
We appreciate that this was not the resolution you were hoping for, however the decision was made following detailed inspection and review of the evidence available. We are also sorry to hear that you felt communication did not meet expectations, as our teams did continue to engage with the matter throughout the process.
