Eastside / Fun Sport Vision Reviews

I found this website while searching for Rollerblade Lightning TRS, as they were sold out in Italy. ChatGPT suggested I check out this shop in Germany, and I’m so glad I did!

I live in Italy, and the shipping was fast. My package arrived in perfect condition! 📦❤️

I’m so happy with my purchase and really impressed by the professionalism of the team behind this shop. Excellent service and a great shopping experience! Highly recommended! 🛼✨

This was my second time ordering from this shop. I bought ice skates here about a year ago, and this time I came back for rollerblades and accessories. Once again, it was a very good experience.

The support was really helpful and flexible. I needed the order delivered faster to Italy so it could arrive in time for a birthday, and they arranged express shipping. It arrived on time, and I was very happy with that.

They also often have great promotions, so the value for money is really good.

I’ll definitely return again for future skating purchases.

Ordered a snowboard, received it promptly and well packaged. Everything as excepted.

I order an Octagon Blackout tent by Coleman. For some reason a pole was missing from the box and I discovered it on my vacation, after about a month since ordering.

The shop provided excellent support (which is kind of rare these days to be honest) and sent the replacement part immediately.

Ordered an incorrect model of a wetsuit (shorty instead of long legs, my bad) from Fun Sport Vision in Germany and quickly revoked the order. Everything worked perfectly with an immediate reimbursement.

Order the New Balance Fresh Foam Hierro v6 GTX Laufschuhe Black/Mountain Teal on August 18.

Asked them the timing and immediately told me they had it and were going to be sent the next day.

That happened and on the 26th the shoes were arriving.

Note: from Germany to the Azores, the Portuguese archipelago in the middle of the North Atlantic

Perfect service and customer handling

Will buy again

I live in France I’m very happy with this website I was finally able to buy sneakers that could not be found elsewhere! very serious site. The delivery which went very well I highly recommend !! thank you for your service. if I can't find what I want in France, I will order again from you!

It seems that the company has struggles ( issues) with their paying methods.

I was trying to order 2 rugsacks from Burton
( this models are only avalable on the German/ US market). To Sweden
But got a bit frustrated ( or should I say dissapointed), that the paying instructions ( wich came in an e- mail) has inaccurant detalis.

Either way that their computer system requests for someting else ( because however I've both tryed with OrderNr,and just with the digits. So in some way the instructions wich is provided is false/ inaccurant), or that this account is closed for SEPA- Payments.

So in other terms I have to cancel my order( that the company has lost a client).

Great store, all ordered goods were delivered very quickly, delivery to Lithuania took only a week, no problems.

I ordered a snowboard and had to cancel the order. They reacted very quick and did the refund immediately.

Spent more than 2ke on two snowboards and gear. My binding broke after 5 days of use and before I shipped the faulty item back, we clearly and mutually agreed upon exchanging the binding for another make and model. The store did not honor this agreement and replaced the binding with the same make and model. When I voiced my unhappiness about not honoring the agreement, they assumed a nasty and condescending tone. I will spend my money elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

I can only but strongly recommend Eastside / Fun Sport Vision to everybody.. Just think of this..; it’s german - it’s genuine quality..! Thank you guys for a very nice experience. For your fast delivery.. For your very good service.. I’m definately gonna shop with you again sometime in the near future..
