As a photographer, I have dabbled in the world of videography, specifically real estate. Realising they are two completely different skills, I was recommended this FULL course and found the starter course on the website just before Christmas.
I thought it would be a great introduction to the world of filmmaking and it was. It was exactly what I hoped for: clear, concise with lots of invaluable information / advice, which you can take to the next level in the Full course. From recommended gear, to lighting & audio and bonus modules, Parker has packed in a lot into a short course.
I realise now how much there is to cover and why people take years to master this skill! Parker is definitely the right person to guide you on that journey and if you want to further your knowledge, there are lots of independent workshops to help you do just that or simply sign up for the FULL course.
I believe you will get your return on investment if you apply all this course teaches you and the starter course is super affordable!

I just watched the start course which I know is just a small part of what is in the full course but it has been really helpful and has answered some specific questions I had about filmmaking. Each section is clear and well explained and it covers all the basics (and beyond) in a really short timeframe.

Compacting all the valuable information from all different topics of filmmaking into this one mini course is amazing! My quality of film has easily tripled since I started this course. By leaving out all the details and leaving the one most important major point, you can learn so much for a very low price. I could not recommend this more to anyone wanting to up the quality of their videos.

I've only bought the starter pack and just from the first video it's already packed with plenty of information that will instantly take your content to the next level if you apply it. You'll find yourself rewatching the videos to pick up on things you missed. Highly recommend it.

Bought the starter course when it was available for about 30€. It’s actually great as I get to learn a lot from one and the same person (without having to adjust to different teaching styles) and I got it basically for life, meaning I can rewatch anything I might have forgotten.
Some things (like the orange and teal LUT) are not usable for me as I am just starting out and experimenting with iMovie before buying another program but I will just use them in the future as they become relevant for me :)
Overall a great experience and I am happy I was able to get the starter course for the 30€ as I am not making enough money to buy the full course (also as I am just putting together videos I make on vacation etc. I don’t think it would have made sense.) however as I am starting to think about trying to do this as a hobby I might buy it in the future :)
For all those who just edit family-videos: if you get the chance get the starter course. It’s great :)

If you are looking to transition to Videography without having to stop your life and go to school or something like that, then Full Time Filmmaker is a viable solution for you to consider. This is a very PROFESSIONAL and COMPREHENSIVE course that will return your investment back to you ten fold! If anything else, the wealth of knowledge is priceless. It's all laid out here for you, so the rest is up to YOU!

Wow! I started watching YouTube videos about filmmaking when Parker’s ad came on – he had me right then and there, but I forgot to get a screenshot. I was watching his YouTube videos when the ad came back on, and signed up for the starter course and then purchased the premium course in November 2022. I’ve only watched a few modules so far, but I can’t wait to watch the rest, though I’m not a total newbie to the industry (I studied acting at NYFA NY), I’m a somewhat newbie to filmmaking, but it does help to have a pre-understanding of basic things like shot sizes.

And even if you don’t have any experience, you’ll learn it from the course in no time. I love how compressed but yet extremely detailed it is. Parker and the other guys really know their stuff!

I learned a lot and I applied the teaching right away. My skills sets went from amateur to advanced intermediate because my colleagues see the drastic changes and results I produce

Really like the way things are explained and detailed. I've been working in the video industry for many years and took this course for my team because i miss some time to train them :-) but also cause i wanted a nice refresh too and it helped a lot.

Watching the starter course has pumped me up and excited to apply what I’ve learned so far. I will be signing up for the new course soon.

This course has literally everything and anything you need to know to start videography. The FTF crew explains everything with so much detail in a way that makes sense. There is so much information in this course it’s going to be a life long tool I’ll be able to go back and freshen up on certain topics if needed. As a photographer, I’ve taken so many courses from other photographers to learn as much as I can and honestly their courses are basically just advertising their mentorship’s and not really giving everything you think you’d learn in the course. So I was hesitant on purchasing courses but wanted to start videography, and decided to take the chance and I’m so glad I did, it’s been extremely helpful, and motivation to actually give videography a try! I’m so excited about the future and what it will hold for me and my videography addition to my business!

These courses are a compendium of shared knowledge. I bought to start the starter course and I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the content. I didn't expect to learn so much with this simple introduction. I highly recommend.

So I was really on the fence about whether or not to get this course. My friend showed me a couple of the videos and recommended the course. When it went on sale for Black Friday, I couldn’t decide whether or not to get it. I went to sleep that night, and was kicking myself the next morning for not getting it. When I looked on the website, it was still on sale for cyber Monday. I bought it then and there, and it’s the best investment I think I’ve ever made. You will save so much money on equipment just from watching the videos, not to mention the discounts on premier and other programs. Parker is an amazing teacher and he brings in pros from other fields of filming to greater expand the amount of workshops available. The amount of knowledge you can gain from this course is insane! For what you get, I’d say the full price of the course is amazingly affordable, and worth every cent of your investment.

Taking this course has been one of my best decision I made since I started with filmmaking. It is absolutely helping me getting better and better.
One thing I would ask to improve is the subtitles that not every lesson has and that could be much better and easier for non native English speakers.

Just purchased. I haven’t gotten far into it yet, however I have already learned so much that wasn’t covered in other film making courses Ive purchased. So hats off. I like how the program is divided to what’s specific to you.
