These are the kind of people we as the shoppers and consumers need to stay away from! They are scam artist to the third degree!!!!!!! Oh! They lied about there return policy!!!!!! I canceled my order because shipping was taking too long so I canceled my order. They emailed me and said it was too late to cancel because the order had shipped well the dim wits forgot that the shop app tells us when the product has shipped. Well mine said. (Still waiting on shipping label!) They nevers of these CROOKS!!!!!

Zero stars is what they deserve

Zero stars is what they deserve. In fact they deserve to not exist. My order never arrived. As soon as I asked about it, somehow all the emails I had in my inbox disappeared and I have no record of anything at all. This is a TOTAL SCAM!!!

NO STAR-Unhappy Purchaser

There’s no way to give this review a NO STAR. I purchased an item believing things would go smoothly. My receipt showed the incorrect item and it was shipped without my approval. I immediately responded several times stating this was not what I ordered. No response from anyone yet. I want a refund ASAP but no response. I’m very upset and will take this further if I don’t hear anything soon. Don’t trust them! Not at all what they “claim” to be.

I bought 2 flashlights

I bought 2 flashlights. They advertise that they are of high quality and zoom. THEY DO NOT! they sent me some thing you would get out of the claw machine at best ! What a total rip off. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Chinese SCAM!!!!

That White American dude should be ashamed of himself doing commercials from these Chinese scumbags. These Liars said my package was at my place, NEVER WAS. Then tracked it again and said it was at my post office. My post office immediately said the tracking number was a scam number. As you probably guessed my post office didn't have the package. Now it says my package is at a post office in NY. Funny how I NEVER do online ordering and the one time I do I get scammed. Never thought it was a Chinese company beings a white American dude was doing the advertising.

I ordered the car window cleaner/ oil…

I ordered the car window cleaner/ oil film. It came in Chinese so I couldn’t read the instructions,the bottles were a lot smaller than what I expected ( but that was my fault) I should’ve read the size. It didn’t work at all , SCAMMED yet again by China . Never read reviews that are left on the Companies web page .I really don’t think they care, I will always come to trustpilot in the future.

Company does not respond to emails

I ordered the bluetooth earbuds on September 3, 2024 and received them September 29, 2024. On September 30th I emailed their customer service to ask for a refund with no reply as of today October 5th so I just sent another email. I was not impressed with the earbuds because they sit outside the ear and anyone sitting next to you can hear what your listening too. Not good if it's your husband next to you and he's trying to sleep. The instructions are a very tiny print so impossible for me to read. Theres a QR code for instruction videos but they are all in Chinese. I just read their return policy. You have 14 days from delivery. You have to get an address from customer service for shipping product back. Then after they receive the product they will determine if you get a refund. (Product must be in new condition.) So now the problem here is, they are not responding to my emails and the 14 days for a return is almost up. Very discouraging! I will never order from this company again! Like another reviewer said, just purchase products from a walmart or other local brick and mortar store. It's so much simpler.

No earbuds, no communication

I ordered ear buds back o September 15th. No communication from them, no shipping number sent to my email. It's Oct 5th, still no info given. Called their customer service number, busy signals all the time.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! I purchased my product on Sept. 14th, 2024. It took them over 10 days after I emailed their customer service asking them about the status of my order. They finally sent me a tracking #. The tracking # shows that my product has been sitting at this warehouse in LA since Sept. 24th and has had no activities since. It's now 10/4/2024. I know this is a Chinese company, and I have ordered from similar sites, but they typically take three weeks max. It doesn't take ten days to get something from LA to Houston, even using standard shipping using USPS. I fear from reading all the bad reviews here that the products people purchase do not match the description on the Fullofcarts shopping cart. I think I will also receive something that is not advertise have overpaid for a crappy products.

BUYER BEWARE‼️

The product I received didn’t look like the item I ordered. It came with a liquid to be added to an applicator, yet there were no instructions in English… all markings are in Chinese.

A customer service phone number is not listed and they don’t respond to email. BUYER BEWARE‼️

This company doesn't deserve the 1 star, but I had to push the button in order to write this review. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't received my earbuds. I wrote 3 emails and got no response...Please do not buy from this scamming company. Just go to Walmart, best buy or Amazon where all your purchases are protected....

Not worth one star: AVOID like the plague

This company doesn't deserve one star. No response to two e-mails asking for its return policy [such as what is the address to return my purchase?] and to use credit towards an order of a different and more expensive product.
My recommendation is to avoid FullofCarts like the plague.

I really didn't want to hit one star . The biggest scammers ever. The item I bought showed a bigger bottle online and I got a bottle of 120 ml. Not ounces on my car spray . I paid 26.00 for this item and at Walmart it's 4.95. Don't ever fall for their so called business. Facebook needs to quit their advertising for this fake place .

No communication what so ever

No communication what so ever! Has to be the worst company but, the best scammers on the net! I bought a pair of earbuds for 40 bucks. Never sent tracking information . They never answer emails and PayPal says they can’t and won’t do anything. So I say screw you deplorable’s and hope and pray that our paths never cross ! Because of this nonsense and thievery allowed on the internet I am giving away all of my computer equipment and going back to the old way of life. I for one can not and will not put any faith in this country because they do nothing to stop these thieving deplurables from stealing our money !

I purchased the ultra nail clipper 8/5/2024, $22.98 was taken from my account, I called customer service at 1-888-504-3457, not a working number, I never received the item. How can I get my money back? or get the item I ordered?
