Really happy with the experience with FullFlat! Everything went smoothly, the furniture looks great, and the team was helpful throughout the process. Recommend them. ;)
Worst service I've ever experienced in Dubai. Whatsapp ignores me, doesn't respond, makes false promises, and doesn't deliver what is promised. It's been 1 week, half of the items not delivered, they keep delaying, and nobody is coming to install the products.
They promise, full service delivery and installation, and I can tell you it's all a lie. They will make you wait for items and chase them forever to get any answer. Customer support deserves 0 stars, 1 would be too much.
If you were thinking of buying your furniture here, rethink your decision.
