Placed an order on the 15th December, no response or reply to any communications.

Placed an order on the 15th December. Emailed, called and Facebook messaged to find out if the item would be posted before Xmas. I have called at least 15 times, goes to voicemail every time. Social media posts for the company have been updated every day this week and all information says the company is open this week, but I have had no response as yet. Really disappointed in the lack of response.
