I want to buy a couple of the products from here, mainly the EMS back device....im reading so much on diffsrent websites about this website being a scam?? Im too scared to buy but all the websites im trying to find this EMD device say the websites are a scam but some people habe left reviews saying theyve received their item...im really conflicted :/

Update from previous post: the company doesn't send update on shipment so you're confused whether they're a scam. They don't answer emails. After 3 weeks my led mask arrived, beautifully wrap in a box. They delivered and is not a scam. They are just not good at customer service.

My daughter bought from this site and accidentally put one letter wrong on her email. I emailed them immediately to make them aware. No response to my now 5 emails. She can’t get a tracking number Or confirmation and is very upset. I understand the wait factor amidst the current crisis but surely a reply wouldn’t kill them Shame on this company.

Received my back brace way to small they don’t answer there phone so there service is very poor and I sent it back with no refund will not use them again. Even one star is to high.

Yes, i too, waited almost 3 weeks and sent a couple of emails asking POLITELY for an update, without a response, but i imagine much of the distribution is automated.
I waited patiently and the goods arrived as promised.
My suggestion to others is to maybe give them a little nudge, but go easy on labelling companies as scammers. You wouldn't like your reputation and hard work rubbished by demanding little buggers!

Only shipped after I emailed them 1 week after payment confirmation. (never replied to my email)
Website states it will ship within 48 hours. Very disappointed and hoping it actually arrives.

SCAM! Only giving 1 star as it wouldn't let me give none.
Paid for my item, confirmation email received that same day. Three weeks later and no further contact, this company have ignored all my subsequent emails.
I've submitted a complaint through PayPal which I will escalate to a claim within the next week. Hopefully I can get a refund as there is nothing more frustrating than a thief taking your hard-earned money.
I am normally very diligent before making online purchases, this company caught me on a quick impulse buy - a mistake I will not be making again anytime soon!

This company is a scam - I purchased a product over 2 months ago now. I have followed them up multiple times without anyway response.

This place is horrible. i purchased something almost 3 weeks ago now.
i received my confirmation and paid, however still no tracking and emails go unread. i do a lot of online shopping this is by far the worst online store.

Do not recommend!! Over a month waiting for a product and have not received anything! I have sent multiple emails with no response. I have them sent an email through messenger with a response saying that I should email them. I would if it would work!!! They then say that it will take a few days for a response!! I have no response. I was an idiot who just paid with their bank details and not with PayPal or anything! I will probably never see that money again. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

After l purcased some items from this side l received an confirmation email but nothing else.
It is the first time l am shopping from this side and got really worried after l read some bad reviews that this side is Spam .l spend $247.05 .
Then After 1 week l received my tracking code and after 3 days l received my order.
We got to have pations l guess during this pandemic time.Its not a SPAM.

I placed an order approximately a month ago with fullbody for the first time. I received a confirmation after the order was placed, though still didn't receive a tracking number one week later. After reading the reviews I got worried and sent them an email. I got sent a tracking number one week later. Today i got my parcel delivered! So relieved. So far so good. There is no communication from this company but I got my Rf & EMS facial device and thats all that matters. Patience is needed but during this pandemic I'm okay waiting a month.

Full body.com.au. would have to be the worst experience ever. Zero customer support, NO response to emails, have sent 7 in total ?? & no ph number for contact, very convenient for them, can just ignore everyone’s emails. Been waiting over 2mths for my item. They have purely stolen my money, now ignoring me totally. I have started a legal process they will not get away with this & have put in a complaint with Afterpay this will be investigated
