Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Their website says they will ship your item that day if ordered before 3 pm. They did not ship my item even though I ordered it at 6pm the night before and I had been in communication with them. No apology or reason for this. My daughter’s Christmas present will not arrive in time. Wish I did not trust this company and had bought through another company instead.

Poor product
There were no instructions as to how to use the pore vacuum. I was pretty disappointed when I was purchasing this because of the good reviews. This product doesn’t work. It is faulty and hard to use.

No response from customer service
No response from customer service. Made a purchase a couple of weeks ago and it still showing as "order received" they haven't even sent it and won't respond to any messages. Their website states "immediate response" so I sent a message, that was three days ago. Terrible company.
