Horrible

DISHONEST COMPANY LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This company is dishonest & unethical, so be warned. I ordered a bra back in April. Was taking a long time, went back online to check order status & it said it was on back order. Still waiting, check again & now states the bra was cancelled. They claimed in an email & also a letter to me the reason for that was because they didn't have "authorization" for payment. Which is BS, since they were paid for this bra & others from my Pay Pal account. Had to do a resolution with Pay Pal for reimbursement since this co. didn't contact me back after I inquired with them first. Pay Pal resolved this case in my favor & will be reimbursing my account since this company did nothing & blatantly lied. Customer service is non-existent, so be warned!

I have been ordering with Catherine’s for many years. All of a sudden I can’t order because 2 things were on back order a few years ago and they sent it out and did not get paid for it. They said they sent me invoices and I never got them and they won’t send me email invoices, only mail invoices and only after I pay. This sounds like a scam. Send me an invoice, let me see it is not a scam

I placed two orders for shoes using a "gift card" which was really money they "refunded me" for two jeans I returned, and also using PayPal for the balance owed. Two different orders. Here it is 10 days later and no shoes at all, no email saying they were mailed. I checked my account and it says they sent me a post card because of some question about my mailing address. Why not sent an email as we've been doing? I tried to clear up whatever this mess is, and it says I have to wait for Monday to call an 800 number. They really let me down this time.

If I could give them less than a 0 I would.
I have never had such horrific service.
I placed two orders.
One for 4 shirts, they refunded 2 of the shirts but I have yet to see the refund. Then I go on the site and I can buy the exact same shirt they refunded me for. Regardless this order was given a tracking number and it has not moved one inch. According to them I canceled the order which I most certainly did not. If it was canceled why was it given a tracking number?
The second order is on its way and should be here soon but I am not hopefully the items will be any good at all.
As well they cannot tell the difference between a billing address and a shipping address.
I placed the orders and sent them to my son. His address is different than mine obviously but according to them he placed the order.
When I tried to explain this to the person I was told I was wrong.
I will never ever use this company again. It is sad because they have a lot of nice things my son would like.
In short stay far far away

My order was delivered to wrong address, even though I paid exorbitant shipping, they provide no customer service, I have to obtain a police report and fill out an affidavit, I think they should have to work with shipper to see where my pkg ended up

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could could a 0 rating I would. I ordered 4 items on March 18th and received email confirmation. When I checked my banking, I was charged 3 times for the same 4 items. I called Customer Service immediately and explained the situation. I was told that they could not correct their mistake as my order was already processed. As an international customer I was told I would have to receive the items and pay the shipping to return them.
How does this make sense? I paid shipping 3 times to receive the order and now I have to pay shipping another 2 times to return identical items. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! WHAT A SCAM!

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company.
I placed and paid for an order on about 25 January. DHL notified they had the order then it disappeared. Nothing happened for a week or 2 until I emailed them. They could not find the order until I emailed it to them. Then they said I had to wait 30 days to make sure it was lost. Then they promised me a refund in 3-5 days. That was a month and 6 emails ago. They just keep saying my refund is being processed. For a whole month. They clearly have no intention of sending my order or repaying my money and they think I am going to just walk away from $300. Nothing but fraud and no service.

I place an order on feb 27,2025 & I have not received it yet 🤦🏾‍♀️ I have been emailing them & I also called customer service.. The only reply I keep getting is please allow us more time .. Um it’s March 21st how much time do yall need?? I just want a full refund because I paid over a hundred dollars for 3 items I truly needed… But never again‼️‼️‼️ So if you’re looking to deal with this company honey you better RUN 🏃‍♂️

Fullbeauty horrible service

Companies, customer service is horrible, purchased a dress, was told I would receive free shipping, spin wheel for additional incentives, paid noticed I didn’t receive free shipping, also never received my order info thru my email, had to contact them , wouldn’t honor the free shipping, would not let me speak to supervisor, and canceled my order , didn’t know until my second call because they had hung up on me while waiting to speak to a supervisor , wanted to place another order while I’m still be charged for the first order , this company is atrocious, and has some real negative customer service reps

I read many negative complaints on here…

I read many negative complaints on here but I must say I purchased items for Christmas, they delivered on time, didn't fit and returned. There was a bit of a mixup but after going through their correct department Avenue, a full refund was issued. I am impressed so far and not sure why so many have had issue. Happy Canadian, Ontario

Wish i had read all the reviews first. But honestly....there is no point in writing yet another story about how they do not refund your money
I placed an order from fullbeauty....got a confirmation number from fullbeatuy....paid all applicable taxes and shipping g of course......called full beauty to process the return....got an email from fullbeauty with return process number and label and instructions.....more then a month later no money back....called fullbeauty but they can only see certain details I am told. That it was limited what they could see. He also explained that out of the 122.21 I paid...he could see id get a return of 57 cents....that I would have to call someone else to dispute the return.....122.21 plus the cost of shipping back to return....if anyone reads this..

Horrible customer service…

I placed an order and accidently placed it without adding my promo codes, within seconds I tried to cancel so I could reorder with the codes. There was no option for the consumer to cancel, I tried live chat, not active, I tried customer service they were going to get back to me. 24hrs they got back and said they couldn't cancel. This was 70.00 in promo codes. This the only place I've shopped that the costumer cannot cancel. Horrible company

Scammiest company ever.

I ordered a gift card from Avenue Clothing (a Full Beauty brand) to be delivered *by email* on December 24th. My sister never received an email. After several days, I emailed the company and was told the **email** gift card would “ship” soon. After 2 weeks, I called the company and was told that when a new customer orders a gift card, they call the customer to verify the purchase—and that they’re apparently 2 weeks behind in making these calls, because nobody ever called me. So I verified the purchase and was assured that my sister would receive an email in a couple of days. She didn’t. It’s now January 16th, over 3 weeks since they took my payment, and they have yet to send my sister an EMAIL gift card. Steer clear, folks. This company is sketchy to say the least. I think they’re hoping that people won’t follow up on whether their gift cards were received. Keep in mind that there was zero communicating to either me or my sister saying that they needed to verify my purchase. If I hadn’t followed up with my sister, Avenue would have my money, my sister would assume I’m too cheap to get her a gift, and I would assume she’s too rude to thank me. I actually think this is Full Beauty’s business model. Only a few people will follow up, and for everyone else they just pocket the money. For example, imagine if I was an employer who bought gift cards for her staff. I’m not going to ask every staff person if they received the card. My staff would just assume I’m too cheap to give them a gift, and I would assume my staff is too rude to thank me—When in reality, it’s Full Beauty Brands that’s cheap and rude—and sketchy as all hell. The worst part is that they’re taking advantage of already marginalized people. It’s times like these that I wish there were a hell hot enough for this company.

Horrible customer and horrible management - just horrible

Let tell you my story - I order a pair shoe for my mom - 79.99 plus air shipping 40.98 2-3 days it claimed on there site - order it on Dec 26 it now Jan 02 - firstly they claim they don't ship on saturday or sunday no where on there site states anywhere - secondly I contact DHL and DHL claim they never sent it Fullbeauty never shipped - shipping label was created - but nothing was ever sent - I spent over 130.00 - in addition they are claim they won't provide a refund 35 day after I purchase - because they can't figure out if the item was shipped or not. They literally don't know there head from their ass. Shittiest company deal - don't purchase anything from them - customer useless, management - anyone that works there is useless. With other companies there are willing to send another product if both arrive at the same time - i did the honest thing and return the first one.

Do NOT deal with this "company." I had porch pirates steal my two tunic tops and pair of pants during the holidays and Full Beauty wanted me to sign an affidavit, which is fine, AND fill out a police report. They added they would refund my money only after hearing back from police. WTF? Like police don't have better things to do other than hunt down some thieves who stole my two tops and a pair of pants! So, I'm out $140. Do NOT deal with these thieves!

No Refunds even though Promised multiple times

I ordered a leather coat from I thought King size but was shipped by Fullbeauty. The package arrived relatively quickly but it was too large ergo I sent it back. I received confirmation that it was accepted on December 11 and refund would be issued within 3 business days. After 3 days no refund so I called their 800 number about 4 times and received an email saying refund before 12/24. No refund called on December 26 and confirmed they have not issued refund with no explanation. Called my C C and disputed the initial 458 dollar charge . I think there is something odd why they keep misleading me on the refunds . I would recommend never do business with them

When I inquired about when my item…

When I inquired about when my item would ship (after I waited a week to hear that it had shipped but had heard nothing), they told me it shipped one date, and when I got the tracking info it confirmed that it actually shipped over a week later from the date they told me, and now the item will not arrive for Christmas. This is Disappointing as I paid close to $30 for international shipping. I tried to email twice about the inaccuracy of the shipping date that I was told by their company, but they won’t respond to me. Hopefully I even get the right product. I wish I had read reviews before using their site.

So Many Issues Including a Scam

After purchasing merchandise from Fullbeauty's "King Size" website, I was tricked into signing up for their Membership Rewards Program. To get "free shipping" all I had to do is to enter my email address. Instead, I get an email a day later stating that I have to pay $1.99 for a 30-day trial period and then pay $16.95 every month after that. I don't even have an account with them. So, I called them immediately and cancelled this so-called membership. 12 hrs later, I get an email telling my they now have put my order on backorder and it won't be shipped out until the end of January 2025. This is a Christmas gift. I will be cancelling this order.
Looks like they have scammed many people lately, but I won't rest until my order is cancelled or they are held accountable. I'll be contacting the BBB and my State's Attorney General if they don't cancel my order in full. This is a terrible company and they should be out of business.
