I am still waiting over 10 days on a shipment from when USPS first registered they had the package. I have written in and get the basic response saying they will follow up with it but no real concern. It's a bummer when you spend money with someone and feel like you are just a number and not a customer they care about. I just want what I have paid for or communication as to when I will get it.
I FUGGIN love this company! Every order is always right. I generally order on Friday and by Monday night its in the USPS network. If they would carry my coils I wouldn't shop anywhere else (Falcon II). The flavors are always on point, and I generally order mostly the same things and the flavor profiles are super consistent. They were sending the orders in super fun boxes with stickers, but I don't blame them for stopping that, can't be sustainable on their end. They have outstanding bundle prices as well. 6 120's for 60 bucks is the best price I've come across online or in store. Thanks guys for doing it right. It's definitely becoming increasingly rare.
