I don't know where to start with this guy! I was knackered after a very long day and stopped at 0200 to refuel my wife's car that I had temporarily borrowed. My car is petrol...unfortunately my wife's is diesel...After much swearing and self flagellation as a consequence of my own stupidity, I contacted the AA as I am a member. They cheerily quoted an outrageous price (membership doesn't cover stupidity) and promptly stated I would have to wait until 0800 for someone to show up!! Hugely disappointed, I started to phone around all the different companies offering 24/7, 365 coverage for fuel draining. They were all FOS! The one's that did answer said the same as the AA - nobody available until 0800. Eventually I stumbled across THE FUEL MEDIC. I called the number and almost immediately a very tired voice answered the phone - I had clearly awoken the poor bugger!! Without hesitation he asked where I was and said, although he was 2 hours away (4 hour round trip!), he was sympathetic to my plight and would come and help me for substantially less money than the AA quoted - I couldn't believe it. True to his word, he actually arrived from Bedford in less than 2 hours and set to work with zero fuss. He drained all the fuel out, gave me £10 diesel for free and was on his way - simply outstanding!! Polite, friendly, helpful, decent - can't say enough good things about this chap. If you're in the poo give this guy a call before anybody else because he's 100% reliable. Who can you say that about these days?!

Lee was my saviour today. He arrived within the 35 minutes promised and did a prompt job. Very kind and friendly. I can’t recommend him enough for getting my kids and me back on the road so quickly.

Lee came over and it ended up being a more serious problem. He did everything possible for a cheap price compared to all. He did everything possible and he ended up tirning the car on. Lee is the best man ever 1500% use them

Absolutely brilliant! Lea was so lovely, attended so promptly, was super polite and managed to fix my mistake! And...made me feel like less of an idiot when he said every 3 minutes someone mis-fuels. So, so thankful o called them - 100% would recommend to my friends/family.

I had only just collected a new car, went straight to the garage to fill up, obviously my mind was elsewhere, as I filled up my diesel car with unleaded 🫢, I was mortified as I was adamant and convinced myself I definitely put diesel in it. I was given Fuel Medics number by the garage as they have recommended them to other drivers too. I called them, they were with me within 40mins approx. Lea, the guy that came to help was fantastic, advised what would happen, the process took around half an hour, I also got some diesel and Lea also made sure my car started before leaving as I was worried. I would definitely recommend Fuel Medics, though hopefully I'll not need to use them again 😉

He turned up very quickly and efficiently dealt with the problem and got me on my way. His manner was friendly and helpful.

I can honestly say this company is awesome. My wife accidentally put diesel in our petrol car. Graham was very helpful over the phone. Worked out that we could get away with just filling up the car full with petrol and as it was less than 5% wrong fuel it would be fine and no need to drain the fuel. He could have easily just said you need it drained like many other companies I called. Eventually made a decision to actually get it drained as we did not want to risk it, and the price was very reasonable. Graham was with us within 2 hrs and job done within 30 minutes. Graham was very honest, friendly, polite and explained everything step by step which is what you want from a professional company. Also convenient remote Visa payment on his device.

Me being a complete numpty put petrol in my diesel car, I phoned a few company’s who wanted over £200, I then called fuel medic who quoted a reasonable price which inc £15 diesel to put back in the car. Fuel medic came out and delivered a Fast service and resolved the issue with 20 minutes. Lea did a fantastic job putting my mind at rest and talking me through what he was doing. Highly recommended.

My dope of a husband put petrol in our diesel car, we rang around and was quoted nearly 400 pound, we found these guys and they are over half of what we was quoted ! Fast response , Graham sorted it all in no time , very friendly bloke , high recommend!

Fuel Medic came out to assist me when a diesel cap had been left off a truck and the truck had then been jet washed. This caused water to enter the fuel tank. They were on-site within the hour and got to work straight away. Within 20 minutes the tank was completely drained and he even showed me when the water we suspected had entered the tank was sucked through the pipe as it was a different colour. A fast, professional, friendly and very reasonably priced service from Graham and his colleges. I can highly recommend them.

Excellent service, thank you to everyone. I phoned in a panic, the call was answered straight away and they gave me an upfront quote and arrival time. Communication whilst I was waiting was excellent and when Graham arrived he was calm, reassuring and very helpful. He explained clearly what he was doing and was very professional despite difficulties with my car. He got the job done and my car is working again with no problems.
