Order never delivered
I placed my order on 25 June 2026, but it was never delivered.
After waiting for FuelDongle’s investigation to conclude, I exercised my right to cancel the order on 7 July 2026 and repeated my cancellation on 13 July 2026. I made it clear that I did not want a replacement shipment and requested a full refund.
Instead of respecting my cancellation, FuelDongle repeatedly insisted they were only authorized to send a replacement because they had no independent confirmation of the non-delivery. Their internal procedures were repeatedly used as the reason for refusing my refund.
What I found most frustrating was that I was made to feel as though I had to prove that I hadn’t received my own order, rather than being treated as a customer whose issue needed to be resolved. It genuinely felt as though I was being treated like a suspect instead of a paying customer.
I even cited Article 13(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), which requires traders to reimburse consumers without undue delay after a valid cancellation. Despite this, my cancellation request was ignored, and I was repeatedly offered only a replacement shipment.
As a result, I have had no choice but to pursue a chargeback through my credit card provider and consider further legal action if necessary.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend FuelDongle
