i did a big mistake when i choose FTUK
everything looks good till i asked payout

I've been trading with this prop firm for the last 6 months. My first payout of $343 was approved, so naturally I trusted them.
Then I made around $2,500 in profit, but my payout was rejected. They even used trades from before my first payout as a reason, even though those same trades weren't a problem when they paid me the first time. They gave me a new account, and I accepted it.
I worked hard again and made over $4,000. This time I followed the guidance they gave me—not increasing my lot size after a losing trade. But after I requested my payout, they changed the explanation and said martingale means not increasing your overall risk percentage. That's completely different from what I was told earlier. Again, my payout was rejected.
They gave me another account, so I started from zero once again. I spent weeks trading and made almost $5,000. And guess what? They're refusing this payout too.
After six months of hard work, 300+ trades, and almost $12,000 in profits... what did I get? Nothing.
It's honestly heartbreaking. Based on my personal experience, I will never recommend this prop firm to anyone. Guys, please be careful with prop firms like this. Your biggest investment isn't your money, it's your time. Don't let anyone waste it."

Really good experience with the company so far. Entry is cheap making it an excellent choice for beginners and those traders on tight budget trying to get back into the game.
My experience with FTUK has been extremely disappointing.
When I purchased the account, the only risk rule that was clearly presented to me was the 5% daily drawdown. I was never clearly informed that a 2% floating loss Account Protector rule could close my account.
I managed to build my account up to $19,715 in profit. After that, I had a loss of around $2,000, and FTUK closed my account because of the Account Protector rule.
I feel this is unfair because the rule that was emphasized to me was the 5% daily drawdown, which on my account would have been $5,000 per day. Closing an account after making $19,715 in profit because of a $2,000 loss feels unreasonable.
Traders deserve full transparency about all important rules before purchasing an account, not after they have already spent time building their account.

I successfully completed the trading objectives on my funded account and submitted my payout request. During the review, my account was rejected for alleged "Martingale" trading.
My trading strategy is based on ATR-driven dynamic stop-losses, multiple timeframes, and predefined setup classifications (A, B, and C). Every trade is evaluated independently before execution. The outcome of the previous trade is never used to determine the position size or risk of the next trade.
Throughout the entire account, my maximum drawdown never exceeded **1% of the account balance**, remaining well below the firm's own guidance to keep active (floating) risk comfortably below **2%**.
The five trades identified as Martingale involved realized losses ranging from approximately **$3 to $27**, included **different trading instruments**, **both long and short positions**, and trades in both the **same** and **opposite** directions. From my perspective, these were independent trading opportunities rather than a strategy of increasing risk after losses.
The company states that Martingale is determined by calculating actual risk using **both position size and stop-loss distance**. At the same time, their published rules clearly state that **using a stop loss is optional** on funded accounts. I requested the actual risk calculations and methodology used to classify my trades, but these calculations were never provided. As a result, I was unable to understand how the rule was applied in my specific case.
Based on my experience, the firm's risk management policies lack sufficient transparency and leave significant room for interpretation. Without access to the underlying calculations, it is extremely difficult for traders to understand how their trading behavior will be assessed during a payout review.
I respect every firm's right to enforce its own rules. However, when a payout is denied based on an internal risk assessment, I believe traders deserve a clear technical explanation supported by the actual calculations used to reach that decision.
If you are considering this firm, I strongly recommend carefully reviewing the trading rules and requesting detailed technical justification for any alleged rule violation before accepting a payout decision.
UPDATE:
Thank you for your response.
My concern has never been that my trades were reviewed. My concern is that although you identified the trade tickets, you did not provide the actual risk calculations that your own policy states were used to classify those trades as Martingale.
I repeatedly requested the calculation methodology, including the calculated risk for each trade and how it demonstrated an increase in risk after a losing trade. Those calculations have still not been provided.
Without that information, I cannot independently verify or understand the basis of the decision.
**Update:**
Following my original review, the company continued communicating with me and took the time to explain their risk assessment methodology in much greater detail.
Although the final payout decision was not the outcome I had hoped for, I appreciate that they handled the discussion professionally, answered my questions, and acknowledged that my trading was structured and that my intent was genuine.
They also offered me a new account so I can trade again with a full understanding of how they apply their Martingale policy.
I still believe that some aspects of the risk assessment methodology—particularly the practical application of the Martingale thresholds—would benefit from being explained more clearly in the publicly available trading rules. Having this level of detail available from the beginning would help traders better understand how their risk is assessed and avoid misunderstandings during payout reviews.
I appreciate the respectful communication throughout the process and hope the company continues improving the transparency of its trading policies.

FTUK is a reliable prop firm. I was able to withdraw my profits twice without any issues. The trading rules are straightforward and far less suffocating than the competition, which allows for stress-free trading. On top of that, their support team is quick to respond whenever you have a question.
The only room for improvement to join industry giants like FundedNext would be introducing automated payouts. Other than that, they are solid.
I thought FTUK is legit so I purchased 50k instant funding account and traded over 30 days .I just requested my payout of $2050 and guess what? They sent me a surprise violation email and rejected my payout. But they offered me a brand new account and said here you go you .I don't need another of their fake accounts since they don't payout. I have all the screenshot and emails they these people are shady and SCAMERS.Stay a way and don't waste your money and time.

BRADLEY HELP ME SWITCH MY ACCOUNT AND VERY FRIENDLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased the FTUK Pay After You Pass Flex Challenge, successfully passed the evaluation, and received my funded account. I traded the account manually and generated $3,686 in profit while meeting the account objectives.
When I requested my first payout, my request was placed under review. FTUK contacted me, stating that they had identified trades under 30 seconds and patterns they considered HFT, martingale, and anti-scaling. They asked me to provide clarification rather than rejecting the payout outright.
I responded promptly, explaining that all of my trades were placed manually and that I did not use any EA, automated trading system, or copy trading software. I also answered all of their questions in good faith.
It has now been over two weeks since I submitted my explanation, but I have not received any update. My payout status still shows "Pending", and I have not been informed whether my payout has been approved or declined.
I understand that prop firms need to perform risk reviews, and I respect that process. However, I believe traders also deserve timely communication and a reasonable timeframe for a final decision, especially when a significant payout is being held.
I hope FTUK will review my case promptly, provide a clear decision, and improve communication with traders during the payout review process. If my case is resolved fairly and professionally, I will gladly update this review.

I have a funded account with FTUK. I am happy to say that I have received my first payout with FTUK.
I submitted my payout request and the next day, I got an email saying my request had been approved.
FTUK uses Rise as one of the payout platforms. There were problems with the Rise platform, but FTUK helped me get this sorted out and were very patient.
This is a pleasant change to so many other prop firms out there.
Thank you FTUK!
"I am choosing to move away from any confrontational tone. Despite the sudden communication breakdown and my removal from the official Discord server, I remain fully open to a calm and professional resolution. However, I must firmly point out that placing a customer on an internal blacklist simply for reporting a problem is entirely unjustified and inappropriate.
I am waiting for FTUK senior management to contact me directly via email to clear up the misunderstandings regarding my past review history, lift this restrictive blacklist status, and find a fair path to restore my account. My sole intention is to have a constructive, objective dialogue to resolve this situation properly."
FTUK is the best prop firm. They always respond to all of my questions. FTUK always put their customers first and always take care of their customers. I am having a great experience with FTUK.
I am at a stage of comparing different programs, and I find great customer service.
I highly recommend FTUK to anyone looking for a reliable and professional prop firm.
I am at my third payout, my experience with FTUK has been excellent from the very beginning. Their support team is absolutely fantastic—every question I've had has been answered quickly, professionally, and with genuine willingness to help. It's refreshing to deal with a company that truly values its traders.
Their trading platforms are great, the client dashboard is well designed, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Everything is clearly explained, from the challenge rules to account metrics and payouts, making the entire trading experience smooth and stress-free.
What I appreciate most is the transparency. The rules are clear, the interface is user-friendly, and the overall experience gives me confidence that I'm trading with a trustworthy firm.
If you're looking for a prop firm with outstanding customer support, a great platform, and clear, transparent trading conditions, I highly recommend FTUK. They've exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to continuing my journey with them.
Honestly things were shaky when I requested my first payout mainly because of updates and reviews but the team was there to help me at all times so that’s why I gave them a 5 star
