Emailed FT Law for an appointment through the online enquiry form. Had no response so called the office. Received a reply suggesting a time and date which I accepted but had no confirmation email. On the day of the appointment we called to make sure Ffion was coming, she said she’d be slightly late. At the appointment time my partner received a text saying she was stuck in traffic and wouldn’t arrive until an hour later than agreed. Ffion said she would give us an appointment at the end of the week as it appeared she had no intention of attending the appointment she was late for. We reluctantly agreed but that was 11 days ago and still haven’t heard anything. Very disappointing.

Ffion was fantastic helping write my will. Friendly, warm approach with great professional advice. An efficient service. She was prompt answering emails, setting up appointments. Drafting the will. All done in a very timely manner.

This company is absolutely awful, I have spoken many time to Fiona and she has made my mothers passing even harder. She never answers email or the answer machine. She has repeatedly refused to share the death certificate or the will with my. My mother only child, its hard enough losing a parent but this law firm makes it so much harder. Do not use this firm

Ffion Thomas didn't keep appointment on Thursday 10th October at 10am at my home. Text message to give excuse of 'family emergency'. Why no phone call as did not see text till evening time? Re-arranged via text for Monday 14th at 10.30. At 10.50 I called Ffion Thomas as she had not arrived at appointment time. No answer so I left a voice message stating my name and phone number and asking if she was going to call in with me today. No response to that whatsoever. I am not impressed.....two strikes and you are out Ffion Thomas. So unprofessional. Perhaps just as well she didn't turn up if that is an indication of the way she conducts her business.

Ffion was fantastic in supporting me with my child arrangements matters, drafting a will and advising on best course of action for supporting family members where a lasting power of attorney will be needed in the near future.

Highly recommended, provided very honest and clear legal advice. Ffion is incredibly empathetic, kind, courteous and understanding.

Ffion did my will and it was such a seamless experience. Writing a Will can be a daunting experience but she made me feel so at ease. Highly recommend
