They are scammers. They take orders and payment and don't deliver. DO NOT buy from them.

Ordered a custom bed for which 70% downpayment was taken. Delivery was not made as agreed and no redund was made. Case has been transferred to the Ministry. Stay away from them.

They are scammers took payment however, never delivered or return the money

I ordered a single seat, Emerson chair in November 2023 and after one month one of the legs broke. I have spoken to various staff members and they have all promised to send someone to fix it. However each time we arrange a time, they don’t show. Terrible customer service and I have tried contacting through WhatsApp and email and always the same unresponsiveness and lack of care. Very disappointed and I do not recommend this company!

Firstly they deliver with 4 weeks delay the customized bed and upon delivery I saw many imperfections,the sewing of the fabric visible where it should be behind,the wood base it’s so thin like 1 cm and covered with cheap black thin fabric that was broken,on a side of the bed the fafric has waves ,the back stand foam not evenly distributed,the pins are coming out which is not safe and every time I move from side to side there is a cracking sound.So FSH furniture,ironically the other name Five Star Furniture ,give my 2200 refund back,you already caused me lots of anxiety,delay ,you cheated me by promising me copy and paste of the model I provided,have our conversation for reference.I don’t trust you for repairing as the whole bed needs to be remade,I slept in the floor for 3 weeks due to your promises to have it delivered long time ago,,I am not willing to extend sleeping on the floors because of your unprofessionalism .i don’t recommend anyone your company,no quality and pricey for nothing.Kindly start my refund and get your pice of art from my house

Extremely unprofessional company. We ordered a TV unit and cupboard and we were promised delivery in 2 weeks. Full payment was taken and now it's been over a month still no delivery. We have been following up with the sales person Muzzamil and even spoke to the owner Mohammad but nobody seems to care about resolving the issue. We keep getting told different delivery dates but nobody is able to keep up to their word. Everytime we follow up they ask for invoice number, and the irony is they didn't even provide invoice for the cupboard. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.

This is a scam organization, never order from them anything you will just loose your money, time and energy. I ordered bed which was never delivered. Please if you already ordered something contact consumer rights UAE immediately.

We placed an order for a bed on the 23rd January after inquiring with a team member, Bushra, on the 22nd January through the website. She misled us by stating that the item would be delivered within 3 days we have WhatsApp chat messages as proof. When we followed up, she denied any connection to the case order and claimed that I should have coordinated with her directly for early delivery instead of placing the order through the website. Later, she confirmed a 7-day delivery timeline.

Up until then, there was no update or communication from any team member—no email, no message, no call. After multiple attempts to connect with a customer representative, we were finally told the delivery was scheduled for Saturday, the 1st. However, despite continuous follow-ups since morning, there has been no response.

Since this was an online inquiry, no salesperson is willing to take responsibility for the delivery. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. We now feel scammed and will be forced to cancel the order today. No manager or team member is available to address the issue.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Company at All Costs!

I ordered a sofa and waited almost a month for delivery, with zero communication from the company. They have no respect for their customers, and every attempt to contact them was ignored. When they finally delivered the sofa, it was the wrong one!

After they came to pick up the incorrect item, I am still waiting for the correct sofa to arrive. This is beyond unacceptable. Muhammad, who is supposedly responsible, has proven to be completely untrustworthy. He consistently lied throughout this process.

I even warned them that I would involve the police because of their lies and lack of accountability. This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT make the mistake of buying from them. They deserve to be shut down for their awful service and treatment of customers!

I have purchased a furniture after confirming the delivery date. The furniture was not delivered on the promised day and could not reach to customer service for hours. They did not even apologize, when I said this is a scamming, they directly offered they can do a refund instead of apologizing. I wanted to have my money to be refunded but it has been 1 month still they did not pay me back. When I follow up with them, they only say let us check with the Finance department.
I don’t recommend anyone to purchase anything from this company, their customer service terrible!!!

Total scam , absolutely disrespectful to customers time , they keep promising and nothing done at the end , poor quality

This is a fraud and scam company, they charge premium prices, show you high quality stuff when you go to the showroom and deliver something else which is cheap quality. Customer service is horrible. Once the delivery is done you can keep complaining to no avail. They stop responding and don not and the phones. Completely avoidable and don’t waste your time and money.

Liars and cheaters
I bought a tv table and many things from the webshop. I just wanted to return the tv table or exchange. They say return is not possible while in their website indicate otherwise. I had a chat with the customer service they say we don't have return policy. Now I want to ask who wants to buy from a shop which doesn't have return policy???? BTW everything is according them customized product if it comes to return. Brunch of unprofessional guys. In their website they have a return policy. see below:
