Paid for 2 day shipping and received it after 4 day, after I called customer service. Than they shipped it out.

Item I purchased was out of stock but I was able to make the transaction only to find a week later there were none to ship.

Since my order was made I’ve heard…

Since my order was made I’ve heard nothing from your company nor have I received my order. This survey sounds as though I have received my order, but to date I have received no confirmation even of the shipment. I know my American Express was charged however. I will give this awhile longer before I request my money back with all that’s going on today.

Convenience

We regret to inform you that due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. Many of our FLU related products such as Masks, Sanitizers, Gowns, Gloves, etc. ran low / out of stock before our up-to-date stock numbers could be reflected online. Due to the sudden demand and massive flood of orders, we now lack inventory to fulfill your entire order.

As a result, your order will be canceled and fully refunded back onto your original form of payment. We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience and have since put some safeguards in place so that this doesn't happen again, thank you for your understanding.

Great Experience!
