AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
I ordered three items: a phone and two phone covers. I was told the phone was lost in transit. Since I don’t need the phone covers without the phone, I, of course, wanted to return them. But I was asked to pay the return shipping cost. Terrible! How could I incur costs for something that’s clearly not my fault?
When I contacted customer service, they simply sent AI-generated replies—completely unhelpful and robotic. What a terrible experience.
I’m now taking the case further to Forbrukerrådet, which handles such consumer abuse cases.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered coal burner, recieved cooking plate
I ordered a coal burner and recieved a cooking plate.
The cooking plate was put inside packaging of a coal burner of another type/brand and its not even close to what i ordered.
Absolute trash
EDIT: Someone from the customer service was supposed to contact me, this never happend.

Long lasting pain
I ordered a battery from them for ronot vacuum .After two months waiting came the package and inside was no battery, they sent me a Lego technix motor... I was like wtf. I connected support they said oh sorry sorry boss we send u new one, i assumed support was located somewhere in middle east ir india... Anyway... They sent me a new one and after long 3 months of waiting it never came. I write to support a new email, and now they show me that i already got it and send me post confirmation for delivery that came in with that motor... Very unhappy...

Frugoo is a tech company and is just a middleman for other companies. When you have a problem with an order (they told med that the order was cancelled by me, which is not the case) there is no way to contact them, phone or e.mail. They appear to be the seller but leaves the responsibility to som company in China. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This is fraud! Stay away! Still waiting for my order to dispatch from the retailer after 4 weeks of waiting. It is impossible to contact Fruugo through their so called "help center" which is plain bullshit. I guess I will never get my order and will also say goodbye to my money. Especially frustrating as this was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son.

Do not trust the positive reviews! I had been warned about ordering from Fruugo and I should have listened. I ordered some items and waited for weeks only to find out they were never shipped despite them having sent me an email claiming they had been. I got issued a refund when I asked for info so they clearly never intended to send me the products I ordered. They made me wait for nothing for weeks and wasted my time. It’s near impossible to find contact info for their customer service too. An extremely disappointing and disrespectful way to do business. Be aware!
