I ordered a toner cartridge for a laser…

I ordered a toner cartridge for a laser printer, and they sent me the wrong one from China. I spent over an hour processing the return and paid 15 USD for shipping and 33 USD for return shipping. Don't buy from this company!

I ordered 2 stuff toys for my sister's bday gift, she absolutely asked this specific toy. Placed an order and hoping it will arrived as soon as possible, gladly it arrived on time before her birthday. The package was in really good condition and securely well wrapped, it was my first time to purchase at fruugu. A highly recommended

Never got my order delivered

Never got my order delivered. Their website is chinese and does not offer any information in english.
Edit: I got a refund.

Feil sporingsnummer/ Incorrect tracking number

Jeg mottok et feil sporingsnummer, noe som førte til betydelige problemer med å hente pakken. Jeg forsøkte flere ganger å hente den på postkontoret, men fikk beskjed om at dette kunne skyldes at pakken ennå ikke var registrert i systemet.

Til slutt tok jeg kontakt med Fruugo. For å få hjelp måtte jeg benytte deres forhåndsetablerte hjelpesider, som dessverre var lite nyttige i denne situasjonen. Etter noe leting fant jeg kundeservice epostadressen deres, hvor jeg endelig fikk kontakt med en kundeservicemedarbeider som kunne bistå.

Jeg mottok da korrekt sporingsnummer, men dette skjedde først etter betydelig tid. Da jeg endelig fikk informasjonen, ble jeg informert om at pakken allerede var på vei tilbake til avsender (Fruugo).

Jeg står nå igjen uten pakke og med en svært dårlig kundeopplevelse. Jeg kommer derfor ikke til å anbefale Fruugo.

I received an incorrect tracking number, which caused significant difficulties collecting the package. I attempted several times to retrieve it from the post office, but was informed that this might be because the package had not yet been registered in the system.

Eventually, I contacted Fruugo. To receive assistance, I was required to use their pre-established help pages, which unfortunately proved of little help in this situation. After some searching, I found their support mail, where I was finally able to get in touch with a customer service representative who could assist me.

I then received the correct tracking number, but only after a considerable delay. By the time I received this information, I was informed that the package was already on its way back to the sender (Fruugo).

I am now left without the package and with a very poor customer experience. I therefore will not recommend Fruugo.

Forced to Pay for Return After Receiving Incorrect Item

Dear Customer Service,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service and website experience I have had with this company. After receiving a wrong product, I was asked to pay for a full refund and the return costs myself. This practice is unacceptable and indicates a lack of responsibility on the part of the company. I have never experienced such poor customer service before. I highly recommend that others avoid doing business with this company.

No problems!
I have had absolutely no problems with Fruugo, the quality isn’t 100% (very plasticky) but it works and I’m not complaining one bit !! Would 10/10 buy from Fruugo again

The seller never sent anything, complaining and getting refund is made so that you should forget it.

First order. Waited for weeks for something that was provided a fake shipping number (and only a number, never a parcel) Even after expected delivery, with a NON-existing shipment, need to wait three more days to get a refund?

It was a terrible experience

It was a terrible experience. I will never buy from this site again, and I will also advise my friends and family against visiting the site and making purchases. The worst site and experience I've ever had.

Fast delivery

My order was delivered directly to my post box less than 3 weeks from placing the order. This was the first time I have used Fruugo . I am very pleased with my purchase and will use Fruugo again.
