Fuugo does not issue refunds.

Refund Demanded: Order Undelivered and Returned to China - 231784288

I placed an order on Fruugo on April 20, 2026. The package with the tracking number LI006085667CN was rejected by Turkish Customs and automatically sent back to the seller.
According to the tracking records, the item is currently stuck at a post office in China and has not reached the seller yet. It has been weeks, and this extreme delay is highly suspicious. I should not be held responsible for logistics delays beyond my control.
I have neither received the product nor my money back. I demand that Fruugo steps in immediately to resolve this issue and processes a full refund to my original payment method without further delay.
