Misspelt duvet cover set, terrible quality - and clearly no quality control
I ordered a NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE duvet cover/pillow covers for my elderly dad. The product has been totally misspelt and instead reads 'NEWCAST CL" with what appears to be Chinese graffiti underneath. It took weeks for this item to arrive - only for it to be of no use - and a further two months to get a refund as it's very hard to get a quick answer from Fruugo and attempts to email are constantly returned.
