Electric device arrived damaged
I ordered an electric device. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I immediately contacted Fruugo with two pictures of the damage and within minutes Sarah responded and told me that she had cancelled my bill. I was deeply impressed and would like to thank Sarah for her rapid response.

FRUUGO help center is sending tons of mails asking to describe the problem. I sent them tons of mails describing the problem. They just stretch the time until you just give up.
NEVER buy on FRUUGO!!!!!
They are fraude and descriptions on their website don't match the (CHINESE) crap products they sell.
