Where the hell is my order? Ordered in the beginning of May, and no update whatsoever, no answer after filling the contact form, nothing! But, I am however, €200 lighter..

Crazy!!! Painful SAV
Crazy!!!! Bought a device 27eur not working when coming, if i want to change my mind, i need to send it to china at my full expense --> from Belgium more expensive than the item itself. Explaining ot was not even working, i had to show shipping proof. Because there were 2 transporters the second one stick the label to the other one so they did not trust my picutre as tracking number was not the same. I am currently spending ages to try get a refund . Really not worth the saving from this unprofessional website

Item I ordered was not like the photo nor the product description
I ordered a part via your website and paid for it. The product I received did not look like the image nor the description of the product on your page.
I then had to pay €30+ euros to sent it back to get a refund. But today I received the package back as it was rejected by the China customs. I am out €90 for a product that is not what it was suppose to do and what at best could cost €10 to make. Fruugo is a scam and I want my money back.

I bought the wicked advent calendar and it was a fake. There was a booklet of a guy pooping in it and some very cheap cardboard things. A few wicked inspired stuff but no quality.

I ordered HEPA filters for an iRobot…
I ordered HEPA filters for an iRobot vacuum cleaner for 30eur. When they arrived it appeared they did not fit and were wrong size (2 mm too wide).
When I tried to return them I had to return them to China with track and trace and had to pay all the costs of the return myself. Obviously I did not want to spend time and money on this. After contacting customer service representative Emily, she helped me to resolve the issue in a very customer friendly way. I sent pictures to show the wrong dimension and the cost price was fully reimbursed by her.

Never arrived but got paid back
The product (wheels for rubber boat worth 80 eur) I ordered never arrived at destination. The local logistic partner was reporting an error. After a couple of emails with customer support I was promised I would get my money back and 3 days after I did.
