Fruity finesse is a scam, please do not trust anything you see from this website. Customer service, tracking number, post code all false. 1st the product was coming from USA over 2 months ago, now coming from China according to the tracker. Please don’t be fooled like l was

Think I was SCAMMED !
ordered Christmas Tree lights on 3rd of November for £20.59 no confirmation of order or delivery date !
I’ve never received my order !!!!!

Bought Christmas tree lights 14 November still not received these.

Opened up advent totally not as advertised do not buy from this company

Purchased 5 in 1 hair styler, I bought 2 of these for Christmas presents. However I have since found out that there has been a product recall on these as they are a serious risk of fire and electrocution hazard. I contacted fruity finess and sent proof from government website about the recall and safety issues. They initially offered £5 refund, when I turned it down and again pointed out how dangerous these items are they offered £7 and suggested i give them as a gift to someone else! As it would cost me £75 shipping to return. Luckily I used Klarna to pay for these goods and they are looking into this on my behalf so hopefully I'll get my refund. How is this company still allowed to be trading when so many have had the same issue?

Purchased for my daughter arrived last week, has used it once or twice but it has just burst into flames, keep an eye on yours of you've already bought some

Ordered the dragon inside the egg for my friends daughter. I knew it would be a long time delivery so that was fine. When it came it was not good value for money and I have seen them for 2 quid on Ebay. I paid 12. I tried to put it carefully back in the egg and it's foot snapped off. Put it in the bin.

I have been waiting ages for my delivery, The site says. Co.uk, but it comes from America...... If I had known that I wouldn't have ordered as it is STILL at their customs and has been for over a week......

I purchased two of the mythical dragons. The items received appear to be counterfeits of what they are advertising. Tiny, poor quality and one them arrived broken. Asked to return items and for a refund and only offered a small amount of compensation. Their website states that you can return items and get a refund. Tried to put up a review on their website but it has disappeared. Dodgy company… avoid!

Bought 2 animal xmas decorations, arrived 11 days later looking nothing like advertised, cheap acrylic and washed out colours. Definitely avoid!!

Scam .. avoid .. scam .. simple as that

Website offers full refund .. product awful .. would not provide full refund despite threat of court action .. so I intend to go to small claims and try to recover

DO NOT BUY THE 5 IN 1 STYLER!
Like others here, Product arrived with damaged, previously opened and sellotaped back together box. Attachments had hair wrapped around and the scuffs on attachments showed they had clearly been used before. Does not heat up and had obviously been returned previously as a result of being faulty. Offered same as others here, £3 refund. This company is aware there is an ongoing fault with the styler but are happily repacking faulty items and sending them back out to more unwitting customers. Wish I'd checked reviews prior to purchasing but hope others will see this before deciding to purchase.

The sizes for the product I ordered were very misleading hence they were too big. I contacted the company who offered me £3,£6,&£7 refund and keep the product. I wanted a full refund but they have stopped answering my emails. Would not recommend this company at all. Why would I want to keep something that is far too big!

Disgraceful service

My wife ordered the 5 in 1 hairstyler from this company.When she plugged it in there was a load popping noise and it started to glow red and smelt of burning.She contacted them and asked for a replacement or a refund.They insisted she send a video of the item not working.My wife refused to use it again stating it was clearly unsafe and they offered her a £3 refund.There is no point in pursuing this through trading standards etc as they are obviously based in China.Luckily she purchased it with a credit card so hopefully she can get a refund.Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Company I’ve waited two months for my order they now keep saying to contact my post office as it’s been delivered , it hasn’t been delivered the information they’re giving me says it was delivered by yodel , I’ve tried their tracking number with the post office and yodel and it’s not recognised with either company !!if I could post a photo id prove it’s not recognised ..Do not touch this website SCAMMERS

Item never arrived, tracking states incorrect address and return to sender. Waited over a month . Customer service said it’s not their fault and will not refund. Total scam. Do not purchase from this company.

I just bought the eyeliner 2 for the price of one. Its Ok but I ordered a dark brown & a grey/black and received dark brown & mid brown 🙄 After reading reviews now I will not waste my time following up. The product took well over 3 weeks to arrive. I enquired why it was taking so long- I asked where the product would be shipped from & was told the UK. These companies lead the buyer to believe they’re getting something from the UK and in every case they are shipped from China & offer pathetic amounts as a refund. You have to keep pestering them & eventually they increase the amount. I am never buying any FB sponsored products again. I am also still waiting for sweaters bought under the name of a UK company but a month later I am yet to receive them!
My advice to all. Avoid any product sponsored on FB. They’re all from China, take ages to arrive and are almost always very disappointing!!
I will complain to Meta.

This is a complete scam. I like the previous person ordered the foundation that goes on as a white cream and blends into your skin tone as a foundation. A pile of poo is too nice a way to describe this product. It’s some cheap ass white cream and doesn’t do anything. It doesn’t even moisturise your skin. I have emailed asking for a refund but their reply is it will cost you more to send it back. It comes from china via the states from what I can see. I have reported to trading standards and will not be buying anything like this again. I would like to know who these people are that promote the products, it’s all rubbish and I am disgusted by the lack of empathy from the company, if it exists. I do not like being made a fool of and I am now at a loss with some cheap cream that does nothing.
