We’ve been using Fruidel for around three months now, and the service has been brilliant from the start. Each week we receive fresh fruit with a great variety, which has been a really nice addition for the team.
The customer service has also been excellent – always helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with. In particular, I’ve worked with Javid, who has been fantastic throughout – friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
I’d highly recommend Fruidel to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality fruit delivery service.

My experience has been so smooth and easy so far, they're very thorough and everyone I've spoken to has been lovely. Gareth, our account manager, is always making sure at each turn in our experience that everything's been handled properly and we're happy with our experience.
We engaged Fruidel last year as we were considering changing our existing fruit supplier. Initially, we received a sample basket which was very good quality and well received by staff.
After some discussion, we agreed to a one-month trial period for January only, with the understanding that this would allow us to assess the service before committing further.
However, issues began almost immediately. We received an invoice before the first delivery had even arrived, and it was only at that point that we were informed that payment was required a month in advance. This had not been clearly communicated to us beforehand. Despite explaining that I was dealing with the payment query, multiple invoices continued to be issued.
Unfortunately, the quality of the fruit supplied during the trial did not match the initial sample. Over the weeks, the standard declined. For example, we received very green, heavily bruised bananas, dry clementines, and some fruit that was already spoiled upon arrival.
At the end of the trial period, I informed the company that we would not be continuing, as per the original one-month agreement. I was then told that a notice period applied and that additional payments would be required. This was not my understanding of the arrangement, and despite referring to previous correspondence, the matter became disputed.
Overall, this experience has been disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. Based on our experience, I would advise other organisations to ensure all terms — particularly payment structure and notice periods — are clearly documented in writing before proceeding.
Efficient and friendly delivery, good customer service. Javed is very helpful and attentive and goes the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.

If I could give no stars I would! Didn't clarify start date or delivery times and signed me up automatically. When I tried to cancel, they charged me an early cancellation fee. Avoid at all costs!!
Came into our HQ with a sample basket which looked excellent, we moved from our other supplier to Fruidel with high expectations as promised. On both occasions that we used fruidel the fruit was moldy, poor quality, some of our sites had been missed off continously. Poor Communication and customer service from Staff.Following a intial issue call and corrective actions we experienced the same issues with the following delievery.
Dealt with Gareth Davies, responsive to emails although sometimes have to chase for a response, but general very prompt in replying back.

This company harasses people too much. I told them it had been passed to the people who will make the decision and if they decide to go ahead with it they will contact them back. I was then receiving multiple calls a day and it got to the point where they made me not want to answer. Instead of leaving it they then decided to use other staff members phones to call me.
