Leveringsservice

Bestilte en ordre. En time efter skriver de at min pakke er “Mistet”. De kan ikke engang stave mit navn rigtigt.

De skriver dog at de vil refundere mig beløb, men nu nu må vi se om jeg får mine penge tilbage.

Anbefaler dem ikke. Det virker til at være scam..

Pakken kommer ikke

Som en del andre herinde, kan jeg også konstatere, at pakken tilsyneladende går tabt i fragten. Postnord skriver at der er registreret forkert postnummer og efter det har den forladt afsenderlandet, men efter det er der ingen registrering på pakken. Jeg vil ikke anbefale andre at handle på siden.

Aldrig haft problemer der før, men denne gang har jeg ikke modtaget min pakke.

Den står som forkert postnummer, postnord henviser til jeg kontakter afsender, men de svarer ikke på henvendelserne..

Køb ikke her fra

Køb ikke her fra. Pakkerne “forsvandt” hos postnord. Hørte ikke noget fra dem før jeg selv skrev til kundeservice.

De skriver at jeg får mine penge tilbage efter 5-10 arbejdsdage. Nu må vi se om jeg får dem eller det er scam.

Bøvl med levering

Placerede en ordre og alt gik godt indtil Postnord skrev at min pakke var forsinket og jeg kunne se at den gik fra Malmø og så længere op i landet selvom der stod den havde forladt afsender landet.
Tog kontakt til kundeservice og den eneste ros de skal have er at de svarede hurtigt på min mail. De fortæller at alle deres pakker er blevet stoppet så jeg vil ikke modtage min pakke. Beder dem så om at sende en ny ordre afsted hvilket de ikke vil og de har trukket pengene på min konto og beder dem så lave en straksoverførsel af mine penge hvilket de heller ikke vil. Men får at vide der vil gå op til 10 arbejdsdage. Det undre mig da de jo hurtigt kan trække pengene men ikke er villig til noget som helst.
Har ellers handlet hos dem flere gange med gode oplevelser men dette her er simpelthen for useriøst og det eneste de tilbyder er en rabat kode med 10 procent rabat.
Så mit råd er at holde jer fra at handle hos nogle som er så useriøse

Jeg har ikke engang fået min vare har ventet en hel uge nu på det næsten, den sidder fast i toulov, har kontakt med Postnord som siger man skal skrive til jer så håber virkelig vi finder en løsning på det her, for er lidt træt af man ikke får det man bestiller for har bestilt 2 stk fra jer der ikke billigt og har bestilt en anden fordi jeg så den var kommet til Danmark så troede siden var legit
