Despite relentless marketing promises, I didn’t receive my product (taken 22 days). No communication, no update on tracker.

Froya is different ... divinely different! I have been using (top quality) skin care for over 50 years and this is the first company who has mentioned working in WITH the nature of skin and all its complexities and not against it to somehow force it to do something unachievable, while achieving the optimum result.

Who would have thought that not using a daytime cleanser, a nightime cleanser and a weekly facial scrub would be good?

But my poor over-cleansed skin is showing signs of coming back to life with only 4 super-charged really Nature-based products from the Complete System for Mature Women's Skin. Amazing! I really didn't think this was possible!!

Feels good on my skin. Skin tone seems smoother after using a couple weeks now. Hoping it improves skin collagen and wrinkles with continued use.

On 1 May 2026 I placed my order and paid £21 extra for express delivery 2-3 days as I wanted to take the product with me on a trip (standard delivery is free). By 9 May I still had not received the goods. I wrote an email and asked for a refund of £21 delivery charge. I left the country on 10 May. The package arrived on 11 May and my neighbour held it for me until my return.
I sent two further emails on 4 and 17 June, again requesting a refund, but to date I have not had a reply, let alone a refund.
I won't be buying from this company again nor will I give a product review. Will I recommend the product to friends? Not under the current circumstances. As far as I am concert there should not even be 1 Star for this abysmal customer service.

Unfortunately the Froya products have not worked for my sensitive skin. I had an allergic reaction and had to stop using the products. I contacted the customer service and I have to admit they could not have been more helpful and understanding. They have issued me with a full refund (not received yet, but hopefully soon), this was not prompted on my end, but I must say I am very grateful to them. I did purchase more products, and will have to take the hit for them as they only issue one full refund per customer, but I will take that.
