Worst quality towels and very rude customer service
Ultimately, the worst quality cotton, especially in the color white! After using the towels for over a year and always washing and washing them in 60°C they became completely yellow and I couldn’t get stains at all out! After getting in touch and sitting back the towels to FROTTANA (Möve) and asking to be refunded as this was an absolute 100% not my fault, but the quality of the towels, they wrote me an email telling me that I’ve been not taking care of the towels correctly and that they’re gonna be sending me the towels back. 
If you put a lot of emphasis an importance on having high-quality white towels hanging in your bathroom, then do not buy from this company because they will blame you for discovering your towels, even though you never discovered them the quality of the cotton is one of the worst I have ever imagined, and the way their customer service deals with you is so disrespectful that I decided to share this with the social media in public!
