Awfully greedy and rude people! They give different pricing to different people for the same service and call it negotiation. Their cleaner Aisha would come and comment negatively on my house so that I’d hear which is sooo unprofessional and uncalled for. Pretend like she doesn’t hear me when I instruct her to do anything. She’d throw away the kids toys and sucks in the bin unless I catch her do it. She’d work for 2 hours and ask that I pay for 3 because “this is how cleaning works”. She’d use my stuff without permission. She opened a new vaseline and helped her self to it. I would not have minded but the fact that she did not think to ask?! I still provided her with a bottle of lotion that she could use. I had an issue with the cleaner being unreliable and not showing up. Talked to her boss Christophe and he couldn’t solve the issue for a whole week and was pretty unresponsive and rude! I am gladly taking my business elsewhere. Good riddance!

Very happy with the end of tenancy cleaning service. Overall I am very impressed with the attention to detail.

My flat looks brand new and maybe even better than when I moved in! Good communication and the team spent a lot of time and effort cleaning the flat.

Everything was cleaned very thoroughly, including the fridge, oven (which looks brand new and was very messy before!), and washing machine.

I highly recommend frontline cleaners for an end of tenancy clean and at a very reasonable price! Brilliant job thank you.

Absolutely terrible. I do not recommend and never use this service.

They charged £124 for a cleaner to clean (end of tenancy). She only came for 2 hours and did a terrible job. She had to be supervised throughout the clean and I lost part of my deposit due to her negligence.

Very good unprofessional & disappointing service. 1. Time appointment, dudng show up & upon texting said he was sick to attend. 2 time came one hour late again and soaked my mattress in water then said ops sorry my machine isn’t working !! What on earth! What kind of service is this

Disappointing quality, didn't full-fill what was outlined on their website. Would not recommend this service. We paid for the "End of tenancy" service as we were moving out, on the frontline cleaners website they state they clean top to bottom and provide a customer satisfaction guarantee. We paid extra for carpets and oven cleaning as they needed to be done. Chrisophe told us they would come for 10am, he was 2 hours late. We then had to push back our plans as we were moving into our new property and didn't have time to check the flat after the service was completed. We went up to our flat to retrieve a sweeping brush we left but found it missing. After calling Christophe he said they would get back to us if they found it. Then next day we received it back but when we properly checked the flat we realised they missed multiple areas in the bathroom, mainly being the shower drain cover, soap/shampoo dispensers and mirrors. Carpet cleaned both bedroom's except anywhere just under the bed and rubbish left there too. The worst of all was the oven was left completely untouched and we had to do the job we paid £20 extra for them to complete. After we raised our concerns we were told we would receive no partial refund or a refund for the oven cleaning at least as "we had check the flat the previous day" which we had no time to because they were so late. Very dissatisfied with the service and I would avoid if you're looking for a quality service. I have copied what I mentioned on my goole review as I wish I knew this before I used this service

Very very good service.
Front line cleaners came to us on JIT (just in time with the right PPE. And the service was done in a professional manner with no mess! They left our building as we wanted. We definitively recommend Front Line Cleaners to you.

These guys were able to facilitate a last minute clean for me when I urgently needed one and went just a few hours later! All done beautifully, very grateful for such speedy and brilliant service. Highly recommend
