When nobody helped me
When nobody helped me, frontline came to the rescue. As a self employed freelancer. I cant just wave goodbye to invoices and no payment.
Frontline got moving on my case quickly and had my debt collected in less than a month.

Customer didn't pay and then started…
Customer didn't pay and then started ignoring my calls and texts. Had to go down the debt collector route and came to frontline to help me. Within days of them working on the debt, the customer all of a sudden was ringing and texting me saying call the dogs off.
I let frontline do what I've paid them to do and the customer paid them the full debt of 18k when he could have just paid me in the first place instead of trying it on. Brilliant service.

Collected 17 batches of unpaid fees…
Collected 17 batches of unpaid fees from 20 accounts. All the frontline staff are very professional and keep me well up to date with how things are going and any positives.
We also have online access to monitor progress of the debts we place with them which is very helpful.

Never used debt collectors before but frontline came recommended. They took 3 cases on for me and recoevered 2 of the 3 in full. The last one is being paid in monthly payments.

I had a client not pay for my freelance…
I had a client not pay for my freelance art services. I turned to frontline after reading about them on a forum im a moderator for. From the get go they listened and got all the evidence I had of the money due including the work id done.
The client still didn't want to pay but after frontline presented the situation to them clearly, they eventually paid what whay had owed me since last October.
