Have consistently managed to recover…

Have consistently managed to recover overdue fees for us over the past 12 month period which we duly appreciate. we are kept informed of progress on a regular basis and we are very happy overall with the service we have received especially given the relatively small cost to us.

Started off well with a call within a…

Started off well with a call within a short time of contacting them online. After sending them confidential documentation concerning my case I never heard from them again. Very curious , but I for one lost any confidence in this company.

Instead of admitting that perhaps not responding to my case was regrettable (only responded after I said I would rate them), I receive the response below. Weeks of silence is no help. In any event I wish them well.

This 1 star review is completely unwarranted and disheartening to be quite frank.

You contacted us asking about helping with the recovery of a purported and contentious 'debt'. Upon a complimentary investigation and analysis, you were advised that it was unlikely that it could be recovered as it was heavily disputed.

As a gesture of goodwill, the Adviser stated he would forward it to our Legal Team for a full case appraisal, free of charge! - and they would get back to you as soon as possible if there was merit in proceeding with a claim. Sorry this wasn't completed as quick as you wanted.

We have done absolutely nothing wrong other than to try and help you. Needless to say, this enquiry has been closed and we wish you well with your future endeavours.

excellent debt recovery service that is much better than previous services we have tried of this kind. Would readily recommend to anybody for recovering unpaid fees plus they don't charge an arm and a leg. five stars

Corrupt

I received 2 notices from this Company with regards to a debt fabricated by my neighbours. I responded to both by email and 1st class post requesting proof of liability of the debt, breakdown of charges,etc as we have disputed this alleged debt. Today I received another Notice claiming I had failed to respond and they will be scheduling a visit! How is this even allowed? Anyone can make up some invoices with no detail of services/expenditures and this company can assist with extortion with their aggressive blackmail Notices! This should be better regulated.

We regret that you have felt the need to leave a bad review however it is without foundation. it is important we point out the facts relating to this matter.

1) We have just learned that indeed, you did send a written dispute and breakdown request etc but this was direct to our instructing client, not us - we have only just become aware of this.
2) Our client has also just informed us today that you have made payments against the said debt which would infringe upon your claims of "extortion".

We are now awaiting our clients instructions with regards to Court Action for remaining sums. We also reserve the right to present a copy of this 'review' before the court should that be necessary.

Exceptional, professional service!!

Fantastic company! We would highly recommend Frontline. We had spent almost 18 months trying to collect money owed to us by a car dealer.
Frontline did it in just a few weeks!!!
We would definitely use their services again without question.

Just would like to say how grateful I am to Frontline Collections

Just would like to say how grateful I am for all the hardwork Frontline Collections has done over the last 18 months in helping me win a County Court Judgement against a very very difficult debtor. They tried but couldn’t collect a debt…

They tried but couldn’t collect a debt for me. They have a good legal department who helped with make my court bundle but it seems like I did all the hard work here whilst they just took the fees.
I probably wouldn’t use them again as I wish I had gone straight down the court route.

Best result possible with just one letter.

A friend (now ex-friend) had withheld £3000 when she paid back a loan I made to help her renovate her new house. I saw no hope of getting it back even though her financial position has changed and she was in a much better place then me. I spoke to Alec and he was terrific. Frontline wrote to her and three days later, and thankfully without my even having to speak to her, the full a amount was in my account, Absolutely recommend them.

Fantastic effective service

Finally got round to leaving a review as requested. Frontline have been great with us since the start. We had tried different avenues for collecting Overdue fees in the past but just ended up with more problems than we started out with.

Frontline were recommended to a group of us by somebody at the Dentistry show last May.

We specialise in high level dental services and some of our clients are in the public eye. We needed a professional but effective approach to recovering unpaid fees. Frontline have produced on all fronts and collect on most instructions we pass over.

An efficient and professional Dental debt collection service was what we needed that wouldn’t hurt our brand. Frontline have surpassed expectations and even helped me out with a separate personal debt collection matter. The instruction admin cost for their services is small and they don’t charge anything other than a small commission. This is deducted from collected monies only.

Highly recommended service that I intend to tell others about.

Professional, supportive, effective advice when needed

After a bad experience with another collections company, I was concerned that all debt recovery companies may be the same, what I received was excellent advice and support from Tony, in particular. We were faced with an intelligent and slippery debtor who had me questioning my approach and my way forward. Let me be clear, we had done a good job and were being made to wait for money because our debtor was using Covid-19 as an excuse, even though the invoice was due way before Covid-19 became an issue. Tony answered our questions, cut through our debtors BS and advised us correctly on how to recover our money in what turned out to be a bluffing game - all outstanding monies received within a week - Thankyou Tony for your patience, right advice and support at the right time !!

I was on the receiving end of a Jeff…

I was on the receiving end of a Jeff frost, he believed I reviewed dental treatment when in fact I hadn’t, I hadn’t signed the payment plan because I was happy with the monthly amounts. He was the rudest person I ever encountered. Disgraceful. I am now in the process of putting forward a formal complaint.

Having had a very large dept that had…

Having had a very large dept that had not been paid to me, I contacted Frontline. They were extremely helpful and professional , they gave me a great deal for information over the phone they had found when I was speaking them. I have resolved the debt myself, however I would have used their services if I had not resolved the debt myself. I think they would have resolved the debt and been a far more cost effective than going to a solicitor.
