Prompt shipping to the U.S.

Prompt shipping to the U.S., which was hard to find for this product. I had to pay the tariffs but that’s my country’s problem, not yours. Lovely products and I wish I’d ordered more while I was at it.

Did not receive goods and no refund

Did not receive goods and no refund! The parcel was left out by DPD but not in a safe place…they did not attempt to leave with a next door neighbour but left next to the bin where it could be seen from the road…also saying it was left in a porch and I don’t have a porch! Frontiers have left it to me to chase DPD and will not refund or an offer of a replacement! Very disappointing as I have not received what I have paid for…I would not buy from them again I do not recommend them at all!

Hi Tim,

We’ve been in regular contact throughout, and have done everything possible to help clarify what happened with your delivery.

The DPD claims department investigated this on four separate occasions. Each time, they confirmed that the parcel was delivered in line with the Safe Place instructions you set on your DPD app. The screenshot they provided shows “Front Porch” as your default safe place. While you may not have a traditional porch, this is one of their preset options. If a precise location is required, the ‘Other’ option on the app allows for an exact place to be typed manually. Because a safe place was selected, the driver was not expected to try neighbouring addresses.

To be clear, when a customer chooses to have parcels left in a safe place, responsibility for the package ends once the courier has delivered to that instruction. That is clearly stated when you selected the safe place within your app. We completely understand how frustrating it is, but in this case neither the courier nor ourselves were at fault.

To say you were left to deal with it alone is also not accurate. We have spoken to DPD multiple times and shared every update with you as soon as we received it.

We do understand your frustration and we are genuinely sorry for the outcome, but we have supported this fully. As previously advised, we would strongly recommend reporting this to the police, as this helps them monitor recurring thefts in your area. Going forward, we’d also suggest reviewing and updating the ‘Front Porch’ safe place setting on your DPD app to prevent this happening again.

Fast delivery and excellent customer…

Fast delivery and excellent customer service. The only reason that its not five star is due to the costs of shipping (and insuring) the poorly sized Red Wing boots back to store (sizing obviously not the fault of Frontiers).

Great service!

Great customer service when discovering they didn't have the size of ordered, quick to get in touch and provide options. Very fast delivery and lovely products! Very happy and a small personal touch on the invoice improved things further!!
