These people are theives
These people are theives. They have you prepay for concert tickets then partially refund you after the event is cancelled, with no recourse to get your money. They turned off comments and reviews on their social media to avoid public criticism. They never respond to their customer service emails and the proof is in their Facebook page posts. Buyer beware!!!

Absolute crap
Absolute crap. Official seller of download tickets, direct from download's website, but then take zero responsibility for any after sales service. Just another modern day example of appalling service from companies that don't do anything other than skim money off someone else's product. Avoid.

I will never buy tickets from front…
I will never buy tickets from front gate again. They’re gloried scammers, customer service is terrible, when you finally do hear back from them they send you false information, links that don’t work and ultimately end up ignoring your messages if you complain. Horrible company.

Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. It's nearly impossible to get a response from this place. They refuse to offer a refund. I looked them up in other places, like the BBB and even their FB page. I suggest everyone do the same before buying anything from this company. They have a history of ripping people off and I am livid. I'm not stopping here with a review either. This money was taken out of my account without my consent. I didn't even know until after the fact. If they checked the name on the account and the name for the tickets, they will see it's not the same person!
