Received my order quickly. Unfortunately there was a small chip on one of the glasses. I reached out and very quickly got a personal message and apology. I was given the option to return the order at no cost but instead got a generous partial refund. Very impressed with the level of customer service.

Honestly great device and shipping, I kinda regret not splurging on the bigger air fryer but they shipped it fast and got it to me before thanks giving. While it didn't have its original box it had all the paperwork and looked spotless. Definitely A+ service.

The car seat was exactly what we were looking for! Easy to install and adjust.

Plan waaaay ahead for your purchase. The shipping takes forever and updates are not reliable. My delivery date has slid 4 times already, and the updates don’t come until the end of the day once the package has clearly not arrived. No clue about the condition of my purchase at this point because it is not here yet.

Writing again as I never heard from customer service STILL.. the crib we ordered is cracked and we will be disputing on our credit card

I did not received what I ordered. The product was used, dirty. I did not remove it from the box.

I purchased a Baby Trend pack and play and brought it to my home where my 2 grandsons would be visiting. I took it from the box and the unit wasn’t cooperating. Thank you for taking care of me and will be ordering again soon!

After spending a few days shopping for car seats I found rebel.com. After doing my research I decided to give them a shot and I am extremely glad that I did! I have twins and saved 45% on two brand new car seats, they were in perfect condition with one issue. One of them was missing an anchor strap so I was unable to anchor the car seat to both of the lower anchoring positions.

The girls and I were a little disappointed but I do remember reading somewhere that some products may be missing parts that can be purchased separately so it was to be expected. I was able to order the part on Amazon on sale for less than $16 before taxes, no big deal after the money I saved on the car seats. I just have to wait a couple extra days to get them ready.

It was an open box situation but everything in there was in perfect brand new straight from the factory condition. I was impressed by the condition everything was in. The shipping was pretty fast as well. If I ever need anything for my kids again, in spite of the missing strap, I’ll still be going to Rebel.com before buying anywhere else.

Give them a shot!

I've bought several baby items from Rebel to get ready for our new grandson. Each item was delivered as promised. I only bought open box items and they all still had the tags attached. There may have been a scratch or a scrape from being handled, but it was all new. We also bought a sound machine that wound up not functioning. Rebel refunded my money within a day or two. I will be back to buy more!

Cuatomer service is terrible. I get an email saying my item is eligible for a return and they need to review it and send a shipping label and still no shipping label. No response back. No phone number to call. And there's a huge box still sitting in my house that I stillll cant return

My baby gates arived quickly and in perfect condition.

I was expecting to receive a replacement for the damaged part of my crib. Instead, I received a new crib. I was amazed with the decision. I recommend this company to anyone who loves quality care.

Lots of great baby gear for discounted prices. I love that they are keeping things out of the landfill too!

Good stuff have you? (the following was edited after Rebels comment) I'm 65 cynical and tired of being deceived and defrauded. This company is trying to make a difference in people lives and so far have come through 100%. I really didn't expect a reply and feel I've given the wrong impression. I've contacted several customers and agencies about this company and Im getting 100 % feedback. They are on the up and up and any consumer would do well checking their site for products first. You will get what they advertise and it will be exactly as stated. My apologies to Rebel and Im changing my 3 stars to 5. Thank you, my granddaughter loves her new high chair. PS. Maybe a place to post pictures of purchases?
