When I first bought these dishes
When I first bought these dishes, I just did because of the look and style. But since using them, I have really began to appreciate the way that they cook my meals, the ease of being able to use pots and pans in multiple ways, and the easy clean up. Great investment for the cost.

Worst cooking set I ever had
I bought an entire pans and pots sets from Our Place which I ended up sending to the bin about one year after use. Everything we cooked stuck to the pans after a handful of uses and very quickly the whole set was scratched (and yet I was very careful when cleaning and used baking soda, lemon, boiling water). When I think I spent over $500 on my order and I see what they promote on their website, I find this very upsetting. I contacted to customer service team who told me it was basically my fault (as in I don’t know how to wash dishes) and if I wanted to order with them again they would offer a $70 discount on my next order. What a joke!
I have since purchased an aluminium set from another store that does a great job.

Beautiful Workmanship & Design
I have placed 2 orders with Our Place. Both were received very promptly. Packaging is meticulous and all items in both orders arrived in perfect condition. I purchased the Always Pan 2.0 and the Perfect Pot, and additional accessories. I’m reaching for these two pieces of cookware more than anything else when I cook. Customer service is stellar. My pots in Charcoal are gorgeous. Non stick ceramic is the finest I’ve ever owned.

Great Our Place Pan and Pots
I purchased the initial Our Place Pan with Lid & Steamer Basket back when it was their only product. I have since bought the Large Our Place Pot & Mini Pot. I use them the most on a regular basis. I have no doubt that the more recent products are great as well. Including the new line of compact countertop appliances. I just don’t need anything else in my kitchen. I have transitioned all my other pots & pans to All-Clad. Which I am very happy with.

Don’t trust the reviews on their site
I had an issue with the blender I purchased. I reached out to customer service who said they could fix it, then another customer service rep came back and said they couldn’t fix it. When I pressed them on it, they ghosted me. So I wrote a 1 star review for the blender on their site. The review has never appeared and there is no way to sort through the reviews by either date or number of stars. I have purchased many items from Our Place, my overall opinion is that their stuff is pretty over any actual function.

Love the titanium frying pans
Love the titanium frying pans. I had doubts about them being non stick, but wanted to get rid of our forever chemical pans. These pans are great. We've made steaks, omelettes, stir fry etc and its coped with everything, in fact its coped better than the Teflon pans, gone in the dishwasher and come out spotless. It's nice to be able to used metal implements too. Only criticism is the handles on the pan lids are metal, so get super hot.
