The pans are super expensive. The quality seems good to start but within 3 months they stick like crazy. The advertising of scratch proof slam proof oven proof and dishwasher proof are just not true. Let’s see about the lifetime warranty…

I love the look of all their products, they make cooking and living easy. We have pans, cooking sheets, pots, cups, blender and love them all !! Highly recommend. Happy to slowly be switching everything over to our place. great quality.

This is a 6 month review. I’m vegetarian so most cooking is low heat. The frying pan has always been hand washed and I have consistently used silicon based utensils.
I am disappointed as even though I have never given the frying pan anything close to the rough treatment the ads suggest they can take.
The base is warped (remember low heat on induction)
The non stick capability is now comparable with a stainless steel pan. (remember no sharp utensils)

Please don’t get fooled by aggressive advertising.
Remember: If it sounds too good to be true…

Their customer service is excellent. I’m not one to leave reviews but I searched out how to leave a review because I had a malfunction in one of my 4 our place ovens. They bent over backwards to take care of and sent a replacement immediately

Our Place has great customer service and products. I have many of their products and don't regret buying any of them. The last product I purchased was the Griddle Pan. Last year I got the small one and found myself using it a lot and liking it so this year I decided to get the large one. My only disappointment is that they don't have a lid that could be purchased separately. It would be very useful when baking something that needs to be covered, I refuse to use aluminum foil.

Please do not buy this inferior product. I purchase a set end of 2024 and they delivered early 2025. The ceramic is coming off. A problem as they said when the ceramic is laid by hand it wears off and causes some chipping!!
All other products elsewhere have 5 years or lifetime warranty. Please read the small print. Terrible products. Sadly I purchased a set for my daughter as well recently. Never again. Pay somewhere else and get a decent set of pots and pans with much longer warranty.
They offered £30 compensation but not usable during the sale! Why would I want to pay more to you with the discount if I were to buy from you again! EVER!

Unfortunately, even with only using the wooden utensils we’ve managed to get scratches on it and when cooking, even lathered with oil most of my food gets stuck, and I have even on a low heat. I just cannot win! My friends pan has got water inside the handle which is absolutely not right and our place were super unhelpful. When I reached out to them I got ignored. Do not waste your money! So gutted about these as they do look good. I did buy them about 4 years ago but I thought they had a ‘lifetime warranty’ - they don’t!

Great pots and pans. Easy to cook in and easy clean up. I bought the blue salt and love that shade of blue.

Pan has lost the ability to “non-stick” and incredibly hard to clean. A beautiful pan, but functionality it has decreased rapidly on the 3 &1/2 months that I’ve had it

Ordered by 4th one and I always have at least one out on the stove. The mini always pan especially is so convenient for every day use as it is so light/great to quickly warm something up or whip up some eggs. Love it

Bought a four piece set, including the titanium everyday pan. Unfortunately, despite following all instructions on cooking and cleaning, it lost its non stick within a few months of use. The other pans we use a lot less but are going a similar way. We’ve had them for about a year now.

Look great and the use was good but just no durability to them. So disappointing for the price you pay.

I’m so gutted - after having my eye on these pans for so long, my partner bought me them as a gift. We got the cookware & bakeware set and I will say the pots and bakeware dishes have been good, but the two pans went from non-stick to quite sticky within a few months, and now just over a year later they are both just so frustrating to cook with - they’re the opposite of non-stick when frying things. I carefully followed all care and usage instructions, I don’t use metal utensils and am always careful with heat/oils etc., and they’ve never gone near the dishwasher. Unfortunately they only have one year warranty for the year in which we got them, which for the price point I think is a bit unfair. In all honesty I wouldn’t say the OurPlace Always Pan products are worth the expense. They look pretty but they just don’t seem to last anywhere near as long as they should for the price point they’re at, even with their “sales”.

BOUGHT ONE OF THEIR OVENS JUST OVER A YEAR AGO, BOTH ELEMENTS HAVE FAILED I WROTE TO THEM MONTHS AGO AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME BUT THEY HAVEN’T YET, THE WARRANTY ON THEM IS ONLY A YEAR SO WOULDNT RECOMMEND BUYING ONE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT

I’m really impressed with this cookware set. Delivery was quick and everything arrived very well packed, so it all felt secure and protected straight out of the box.

The Forget-Me-Not Blue colour is absolutely beautiful in person, even more vibrant than I expected, and it really brightens up the kitchen.

In terms of performance, the pans heat up quickly and evenly, which makes cooking much more efficient.

Cleaning is also effortless, food doesn’t stick, and everything wipes clean with minimal effort.

Overall, a great combination of style and practicality. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous items: solid but lightweight and a beautiful design style to fit in any kitchen. I had a bit of an issue with delivery but customer services were super fast and sorted everything within a couple of days (their responses were within the hour of initial communication each time)

Our Place has been great!! I love their safe cookware & we’re loving our Wonder Oven!! If you have any issues, their customer service will usually help out within a couple days!
