If you buy something, you have to hope not getting any problem, support is pretty useless.
I bought the "Adjustable Folding Weight Bench", one metal part came rusted. I spotted the issue to the support. They wrote me that the rusted part would have been replaced, that they would arrange for collecting the part from me, afterward sending the replacement part.
Collecting company has never arrived, I sent another email, They apologized writing that a new collection day would be set. Never received any further communication, collection, nothing.
I only wasted time and I felt tricked.

Ordered adjustable dumbbells over 3 months ago at first they responded to my emails saying it’s simply due to COVID but after the 2nd month I just wasn’t satisfied the tracking number now says invalid I asked for refund past 2 emails and they have NOT responded. Filing a claim now we’ll wait and see.

BAD PEOPLE!!! 90 Days No Product. Company website now down, shipper no longer recognizes the tracking number. I called BAC Visa and filed a claim. Going to Walmart to buy the same thing. Pay more.
Made a purchase on 11/11/20 it's now 02/11/2021 and no product. Web sight seems to down. Yanwen shipping company said the tracking # shows no result as of today. Has of January 15, 2021 the Yanwen said the product was in rout. Must have been thrown over board. Bad People Order #1192

Fraud of company
Ordered some dumbells several months ago and since I didn’t receive anything, not even an update on the status of the delivery or explanations for such an unnaceptable delay, I wrote to the company for explanations or at least an update of the situation and to ask for a refund as after so many months of waiting I found other alternatives to do sports, my sport life is not going to stop because of these guys. Of course no reply received so I went to the police to file against the company for cybercrimes. I will hopefully get the notification this week. My recommendation: this seems like a massive scam, be careful with these guys.

Defective Products - Fake Reviews
Purchased a defective product (one of the resistance bands). The strongest band snapped within ten minutes of use and hit me in the face. Because it was outside of the 30 day window they said there was nothing they could do. All of the reviews they have posted are fake. I tried to post a review of the product and it was not added to their site.
Update: Fromhomefitness responded to this asking for more information. But they did not have any intention to correct this issue. They asked for the same information they requested before and have led me down a rabbit trail of limited to unhelpful responses.

The product isn’t worth the money, it’s so cheap and looks like it was made in China from the garbage floating in the ocean. It’s extremely misleading and disappointing.
I get it’s a pandemic and shipping is slow, but the company isn’t upfront with just HOW slow it is. And none of the people working at customer service are helpful, they just keep making excuses. I also got multiple tracking numbers and not one of them helped me, not one of them showed the package moving. It just showed up one day months later.
After reading other comments on here, this is clearly an issue that needs to be addressed and is not. There is either lack of leadership from the company owners/board of directors or they are encouraging lower lever employees to stall at whatever cost. Either way, this company seems very fraudulent, not forthcoming with information, and completely deserving of the bad rating. At this point, I have a product I refuse to use because of the poor quality and I am not risking injury to myself, and you have denied a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect. The entire product is a defect.
Lesson learned, don’t buy things from pop-up ads on the internet during quarantine.

The guys are trying hard to do their job. Received my order after a very long waiting time because of the lock-down etc. If it was a normal period i would be very angry. But for the given circumstances i believe it is fair to give them positive feedback.

You need to let people know when your product will be delayed for months! By the sounds of all these reviews, you have known about this for a long time. Simply just putting a banner saying “possible delays due to COVID-19” is not sufficient, you make it sound minor when in reality it’s severed I have had things come from Wish faster than your company. I also tried to email your company regarding my extremely late delivery and was met with either silence or someone who was not helpful at all. I was given numerous tracking numbers the same as the previous commenters stated and it took 4 months to get to me after fighting with your company. After all of that, the product is so cheap I won’t even let me husband use it, because I’m scared he is going to hurt himself based on some of these other reviews people have posted. I am so disappointed with this company and I wish there had been actual customer reviews on your Facebook page so I could have known this prior to ordering, as I never would have in the first place. In fact the only ones displayed were all positive, which looking back now seems completely phony. I feel 100% ripped off, and will never be purchasing from your company again, and I do not recommend anyone else do this either.

Horrible customer service, they don't answer emails, all correspondence sounds like a robot, no one takes your experience seriously. They take your money and give you a shotty product (if you ever actually receive it!) When you ask for a refund they refuse to give it to you! My order took 4 months to get to me, broke on the first day, I told them I wanted a refund and they told me that it was more than 30 days since I ordered and they would not give me one. Meanwhile the shipping was 4+ months and completely out of my control! They never even tell you that the shipping is going to be delayed! I feel lied to and scammed!!! They are NOT selling a good product, and they DECEIVE everyone!!
In my opinion, this company should be SHUT DOWN.
They also deleted all of my comments on Facebook and Instagram (that's how I found them) and all of the positive ones sound completely fake, like "i got my product in 2 weeks, best quality, great price, great customer service". There is NO way that is true with all of the reviews I am seeing. I'm just very glad that this site allows peoples TRUE comments to be posted, I just wish more people could see it before they spend the money, but From Home Fitness would never advertise this site since all the truth is here. Its basically just a support group for all of us poor suckers to complain after-the-fact. Something needs to be done to stop them BEFORE they get to this point.

HORRIBLE!! Do not recommend!!
This company is the worst, horrible customer service, horrible tracking service. The product is poor quality, not worth the money. I had to reinforce the elastic loop that holds the handles. I waited for 3 months for the product, it sat in either China, Guatamala, or Singapore, I wouldn’t know for sure since I was given multiple tracking numbers and assured it was “on its way”, but meanwhile nothing moved for months! I called the police and filed a police report for theft as I was given the run around for months! I called my credit card company and had them look into it as fraud, and only THEN did the product actually ship. I spoke to their customer service and asked for my money back on the third month of waiting and they refused to give my money back and was told to wait a little longer each time, they just continually blamed it on COVID, when I had purchased other items from other places and everything shipped just fine “during covid”. I also posted public messages on their Facebook and Instagram asking for someone to contact me and posting about my experience, and THEY DELETED ALL NEGATIVE COMMENTS AND REVIEWS, and block people who say anything they don’t like. This is by far the absolute WORST company I have ever had to deal with. I do NOT recommend them.
Oh, and they also emailed me asking me to give them a “postive” review. I have nothing positive to say about this company, and refuse to lie for you. Considering how they delete everything negative to hide the truth, I’d be very surprised if my review was posted publicly.

DONT BOTHER! Clips broke on the first day. Never got the book, I have emailed about both issues to try and get replacements and the book with no luck. I understand why shipping may have been late but 3 months? Really? Gyms were back open before I got my order.
