Photo prints were great and delivery…
Photo prints were great and delivery was timely. I did have problems with the website in completing the checkout process. For some unknown reason it would not complete the credit card process. However, when I called the staff they quickly took care of the matter.

Helpful staff available by phone and quick turnaround and shipping.
Knowledgeable staff answered the phone and got back to me on an question they couldn't answer immediately about how to enter a less-than-standard order (matte laminated portrait photo prints, unframed, for an elderly relative to hold to remember her lost love) on your website, which wasn't intuitively obvious (had to go additional steps to the end to find the right option). The order was shipped quickly despite ordering during the holidays.

I live locally to the shop and ordered my Christmas cards on a Sunday night. I received my text that they were ready for pick up the next morning. Absolutely awesome! My cards were adorable and in the mail within 24 hours of ordering. Friendly service as well.

So sorry for the late review! I've been busy but now that I have the time I just want to say how pleased I am with the canvas print I received! It came out stunningly beautiful. Thank you for the quality, time, and care in creating it. It was our favorite photograph from our wedding, and it looks gorgeous hung up in our home! We are so happy, and I cried when I saw it.
